Do you consider it unfair? What if Superman was angry and/or had sundipped for some moments before the battle?

The Scarlet Witch sneezes and she accidentally sends Superman (he had been walking on the park on a sunny day) to Limbo, Illyanna Rasputin is minding her own bussiness when she sees Clark picking fights with her subjects. Both are on character, no speedblitz or battle field removal. Who wins and why? (I'm new here, I tried to search for this battle, but found nothing.)
