I'm guessing you posted this right after reading my first post. He doesn't have anything she can't match he just has it all at once as someone stated. His healing factor isn't good enough to help him here either. I'm still undecided with this fight based on recent posts.
I think Wonder Woman has an excellent chance here. Not sure what she would do with the shield though. Taking away some of Supes speed should help her out. She's already shown to be capable of hurting him when he was at full power.

She can counter this using the speed and reflexes of a mongoose. Those things dodge cobra strikes for a living. If she does get tagged with some web, she can always use the strength of a blue whale and snap it. Blue Whales are the largest living thing that ever existed on the planet. At 100 feet long and weighing in at 200 tons, Vixen would have sufficent power to knock spidey out should she catch him with a strike.. "
