TBH, the power level is very difference between the two series and comic and webcomic have different timeline. People can't use Saitama as a base. He literally punches a whole through reality to another dimension. Saying Tatsumaki can't affect people because of will is like saying why can't a regular knife can't cut Hulk. The level is just too different.

Airborne enemies tend to hard to fight, and she is continental to multi, depending on how you scale her, which is way above anyone in OP's paygrade that is at island to country at most. Luffy has no way of hurting her with how durable Tatsumaki is, tanking a continental slice at point blank.

I still don't get where people get Tatsumaki is slow from when on top of reaction speed during Psykos fight, she operates on Sonic's speed who fights on equal ground with Flashy Flash.

Tats literally body the entire OP universe. Her TK is both offensive and defensive. She has been consistently shown to use it passively. This reminds me of the whole Bleach's aura thing when people can no longer think of ways for their wanks to beat other characters.

Would it be fair to scale her to Captain Marvel? She has her powerset afterall, and she seems to be passively absorb people's power during Captain Marvel run? Wouldn't the fight would lead to Wonder Woman getting weaker while Rogue getting stronger?
