So I do think Cyborg wins this battle in a cyber fight; with maybe a argument to be made that Ultron couldnt hack Tony(I personally think he just didnt not that he couldnt...PIS..As he took over the Iron Legion and the Hydra bots it really seems like he should of been able to)

Also just to add to base MCU government tech.

I know its not hacking, but Ultron did incorporate chitauri tech into his second and final form design.

Again just to add to the alien tech stuff...not to take away from where I think the battle is decided, actual hacking battles vs other AIs.

Nothing you have stated in your response has refuted what I said. Thor clearly destroyed the city before the power capped and destroyed the landmass. Pretty sure the Doomsday being used here if from BvS and not the previous incarnation
