@davidharewood14: not as durable as his muscles, but certainly far far above a normal humans. It’s likely his organs are more durable than a humans to the same degree that his muscles and skin are more durable than a humans.
Thanos’s internal organs need to be scaled up beyond simply normal human organs to take the shots he takes and not suffer immense internal damage. He doesn’t have an exoskeleton, his skin still flexes and bends so the energy from a punch should logically still travel past just the surface level. Eleven gets pimp slapped into oblivion.
