that's exactly what I was talking about, he left Earth under his own power the first time, Cytorakk was banished, and your own scan says they were not successful and only imprisoned him in the mountain, and this is still by using his own power against him, the Darkhold, the other time he was using a host as his true power can't be brought to the Earth dimension. New Excalibur issue 14 clearly states that he (Cyttorak) is somewhere between demon and god and his influence was limited because there were a lot of beings to choose from as far as worship, it then says he was banished from Earth to the Crimson Cosmos, he then created the gem, nothing fanbased about it, it's on panel.Chthon can't return because he is too powerful and he can't bring all his power. Cyttorak was weak when he was on Earth he didn't have enough worshipers and that is why he can't return that weakness allowed him to be banished.New Excalibur is still fanbase because of the assumption of the writer. FRANK TIERI the guy who wrote the story behind Marvel vs Capcom 3. He wrote that issue because fans were demanding origin of the Juggernaut and writers can't do it right because Stan Lee the creator of Cyttorak/Juggernaut did not give a background for Cyttorak. He created Cyttorak 1st for a plot of unlimited power from an area that is beyond the limit of the realm of Eternity. A year later he created Juggernaut. While writers were writing for Juggernaut, Stan Lee was telling them that Cyttorak gives him unlimited mystical powers. When the writers wrote for Dr. Strange, Stan told them to make Cyttorak the most feared of the beyond realms that were translated by Dr. Strange as "World beyond Worlds" and later introduced as extradimensional realms. Stan Lee also created Dr. Strange to be the Multiversal Protector to defend Eternity from all threats from the Extradimension which Dr. Strange knows that he is but servants for. People here need to understand that the War of the Spheres took place in a higher dimension than Eternity's Infinity War crisis. Cyttorak and even Agamotto considered the entire Infinity War crisis as a joke and regarded it as a problem dealt for the "Lesser Sphered" beings. Thanos having the Infinity Guantlet meant no threat towards them at all yet science and some magic can give Chthon quite some time to think about. So it's not really about who and what origin or there lack of. It was through the generations of writers AFTER Stan Lee retired from the editorial chair when people that would soon be writers would start making things up. And they've been doing it constantly as of late. 40 Years of history that was consistent with from one issue to the next and one arc to the next had been debunked by the last 10 years of Marvel's inconsistent story arcs and character persona changes mainly due to the company's issue of jumping one free lancer writer to the next. So Chthon may have looked more powerful ever since 2005, but Cyttorak had been seemingly more powerful ever since 1964 through the late 1990's.
With all that's mentioned, Juggernaut using 12% will certainly beat Xavier using 12%.

The feats already say that Cyttorak's 12% is more potent and effective than Chthon's. 12% of Cyttorak's power can make Juggernaut punch a hole in reality and literally rip dimensions apart. Physically! And that's impossible to rip dimensions apart with your hand unless you are of course you are the Juggernaut with Cyttorak's powers. 12% of Chthon's power on Xavier would be like Chthon possessing the body of Quicksilver. 100% of his power failed to defeat Demigorge, he had to run away. So much for 100 percent. Oh, and for anyone itching to use the telepathy game just look at the scan TrionBonne posted. Xavier's telepathy was manipulated by the will of Juggernaut and literally ripped Xavier and his astral self from his location and to the location of Juggernaut. That means that Juggernaut created an astral fist and grabbed Xavier's spirit, threw it back onto the wheelchair and teleported Xavier. If this happens in this battle, Xavier stands no chance. Is Juggy vs X. Not The ruler of The Crimson Cosmos vs The Lord of Darkness.
What you guy's think will 12% of Chthon do the same to X, as Cyttorak 12% do to Juggy?
Will they stalemate, or can one jut the othere down?
And this question is out of the fight. But is Cyttorak overrated? If any other let say Galactus. if G give the SS 12% of he's power will SS be unstoppable?
