If you are talking about Roshi's Turtle and the Farmer that Raditz killed.

1. Turtle isn't a fighter.

2. Farmer was killed.

3. In both case neither one would train at Goku's level.

Lastly I am not power scaling bud. We do know that Goku is so far beyond on Roshi, its laughable. Goku was at 416 when he fought Raditz. Piccolo is at 408. Piccolo destroys the moon briefly after that fight. Early Raditz survives a full power blast from Piccolo and didn't scratch him. That means with a power level of 1200, you can survive moon busting attacks. Goku is at 9000 when he cripples Nappa. He got that strong from training with King Kai at 10 times earth gravity. When he trains at 100 times earth gravity he has a power level over 180,000 and that was just a small amount of his power. Learn some stuff about DBZ bro. Its all in the manga.
