Kurse was just a much stronger version of the Hulk. The Hulk can one-shot building sized monsters, shrug off being slammed through building hard enough to knock it down (a feat the kryptonians can't even replicate, so much for supposed superiority) and he still could do significant damage to Thor (hell, he couldn't even break Thor's grip).

wow ok few things here
1. hulk didnt one shot the leviathan nor did he add most of the force to that impact..... the leviathan did. we know this because hulk was pushed back meaning the leviathans momentum was greater than hulks punch. meaning it kod itself by running into it. superman casually busts through building+ durability with a swing of his hand and has flown right through building+ durability ships
2. hulk wasnt slammed through a building hard enough to knock it down ironman shot missiles at the support beams otherwise it wouldnt have collapsed there wouldve just been a big hole going through the floors. and he had ironman pushing him through each floor or he wouldnt have gone through the whole thing either.
3. the kryptonains have a much better feats in comparison to that one. superman went through multiple buildings from one throw/hit from zod and no further propulsion more than once. note in the second gif below that building actually collapses from the force of superman being punched through it....no missiles involved. superman is just fine after both.
4. kurse is not even close to the strongest here. kurse lifting a boulder of 100 tons is THE BEST lifting feat in the MCU supermans done much more.
5. superman and zod have confirmed mach+ combat speed and superman blitzes are multi mach speeds. mjolnir has gone mach speeds but it wasnt going that fast when kurse hit it or there would have been a sonic boom like when we saw it flying in space. it also would have created a bigger impact when it hit the mountain behind thor.
note the sonic booms every swing. theres no debating their mach+ punch speed or multiple mach blitz speed. note multiple sonic booms below.
6. i dont remember the life sucking feat for kurse but even if it were true theres no guarantee that his absorption would work faster than they metabolize sunlight to heal which would make it useless.
7. kurses striking is inferior. his best strike sent thor far away and into a mountain. not only would superman tank that hes tanked much better.
just btw when thor took a fall from lesser height in avengers 1 he was cut up and barely able to stand or call his hammer to himself.
superman punches nam ek far away too but he also makes him go through two or three multi thousand ton trains and derails them.
now cut the shit team wins easily.
