Zoro is still a beast without swords and he can use armament haki on his hands and use them as swords. Theres a reason he trains his body and you can also look at PreTimeskip Zoro without swords and Sanji vs of three eegiant fishmen from Foxy's gang. Zoro knows how to use his hands as swords so he wont go down easily and has a chance to whoop Sanji and Luffy's ass (without DF)

Current Zoro if he tries all his might and goes full power (HE HAS SO MUCH MORE TO SHOW AND MORE CAPABILITY WHICH WE DONT KNOW YET) he takes it from a stomp to ez or early mid difficulty.

WHoever is featured last or the protagonist fights last is the strongest. Its the common sense of most anime. Big Momma takes Kaido's d****.

The only exception to this could be: IF Luffy doesn't beat Mama by himself but manages to take down Kaido by himself (which is highly unlikely).
