Luthor is way smarter than Superman. Not just by a little bit. Superman is just way smarter than your typical genius. Also, Superman holds back by a lot. Superman's morals aren't as strict as Batman's, but he still has morals. This also helps to hurt him in confrontations.

Lex causes him problems because, despite Superman's incredible intellect, Lex is smarter. That doesn't mean Superman doesn't out-think super computers. He's always been able to. It just means Lex possesses inhuman levels of intelligence. Lex is the same guy that found cures for cancer and AIDS, and wrote them down in a notebook for a rainy day,

Joker comes off like a total bottom to me, so this is fascinating.

Superman, being pushed from his true limits by writers in order to continue to create stories, is something I can understand. Disappointing, but understandable. It's annoying. Writing Superman, yet not having him do what he can actually do just seems like having a Ferrari, just to drive to pick up groceries. It seems like such a waste.

But they're not his limits. They're limits that current writers put on him. Superman's practically a god, chained by human concepts of law, order, and property. He's one of the few heroes within DC that I could seriously see usher in some seriously good change.

An old, hungry Galactus can punch with the force of a billion super novas. To think Flash has the slightest chance here is an indicator of a blatant man-crush on Flash. Also, Flash isn't stealing shit. Galactus' ability to manipulate energy and matter far surpass anything Flash has. Galactus can turn gods into protozoa. He stomps and he stomps hard.
