Psylocke: has all of her Mutant powers including her Psy blades, psy knife and telepath. Condition: Must be at view distance of opponent in order for her to use her telepathic powers offensively.

Katana: Has all her skills including her SoulTaker. Condition: she can not summon any souls from her soultaker for assistance, though she can still communicate w. them.

She's nowhere near the Phoenix. She dies in an effortless stomp.

Still Interesting battle for me...

My first instinct is to say Phoenix without a doubt but then again if we are talking about full blown Dark trigon possessed Raven when it could turn into an interesting battle.. i will say that a young raven has been able to stand up to dark phoenix in the teen titan/young x men crossover and she is older now (pre 52 era).
