Goku goes from SSB to SSBKKX10 and straight up starts moving while time is skipped and states that he’s now beyond it: (https://youtu.be/iM_cfZP7Vbg?si=c62OSVFTeq0v_3pl)
I get that, but I'm saying that he went x10 only after he figured out how to predict and block Hit's attacks. Goku is beyond time because he already adjusted his entire fighting style to predict attacks.
There's a reason why Goku started at base form instead of going to Blue from the start: He knew that going all out from the start isn't going to work without some sort of strategy to counter Hit's Time Skip. Vegeta tried doing that and look where that got him.
With Jiren, they straight up say it’s because he’s stronger than time that he can do what he does here: (https://youtu.be/ernLIqbuTjM?si=x7fUSBEWbySAyV86)
And one reason why his power is beyond time is because of his precognitive abilities that I mentioned earlier. Hit mentioned that the reason why Jiren managed to get by his Time Skip is because similar to Goku, Jiren also anticipated his Time Skip.
Again, there's a reason why the much weaker and fodder Dyspo got headway against Hit when he shouldn't have. It's not because of his power, it's because of his highly advanced hearing abilities - which coincidentally speaking also explains why Goku in Kaioken could match Hit, it also gives Goku increased hearing abilities. If there is evidence that a much weaker character could get headaway against Hit, while Hit has a track record of having the upper hand against much stronger beings than said character, it is evidence that power does not counter Time Skip.
Now that I think about it, that's true.
It comes down to a who hits who first scenario. If Gohan hits first, he wins. If Hit hits first, he wins.
But Gohan must not let up, Hit cannot be allowed to be given any sort of breathing room to utilise any of his killing techniques.
