I don't see it to be honest. NPH just doesn't seem to have the presence to play Orm, especially the DCnU 52 version. I think Orm would need an actor with a lot more charisma and a greater acting range. Not to mention NPH doesn't seem to have the build for it. While that can change with proper training and dieting, I still don't see it.
I think Wes Bentley or Sam Witwer would both be decent choices to play Ocean Master, especially Witwer (who will be voicing him in the next JL animated film):
Here are some more pics of Ocean Master handling his business. I think his new look as well as his new persona is definitely an improvement over what we had before. I really hope that Ocean Master becomes a major player within the DCnU 52, as either a villain or hero. As long as he continues to be written well I want to see more of him. I love that he wasn't afraid to attack Boston, Gotham, or Metropolis all at once and did it without even blinking an eye. I also want more political stories involving him. Maybe he can interact with other world leaders like Gorilla Grodd or Geo-Force.
I've grown to really love Starfire and she is one of my favorite characters in DC. I think she has a ton of potential and I would love it if she played a larger role within the DC universe. I love her powerset and her design, and I also love her backstory as a princess and former slave. More Starfire please!
I don't want Starfire and Blackfire to be on a team together. I have been absolutely disappointed with the DCnU version of Blackfire. I likeed her so much more when she was the unforgiving and hateful warrior Queen of Tamaran. Having her and Starfire be on good terms with one another has really ruined the character for me.
I hope that DC returns her to her more evil and tyrannical origins sooner rather than later. I think she makes for a compelling cosmic villain who can compete on equal footing with the likes of other cosmic villains like Despero, Mongul, and Sinestro.
If T'Challa knows they are coming, what's to stop him from summoning the Wakandan military? Or N'Yami battle cruisers or Panther bots, or the Hatut Zeraze or the Dora Milaje? The OP doesn't say he can't do that.
Not to mention he knows the Jungles of Wakanda well and his enhanced senses and tech should give him quite the edge. His cloaking and shielding should also aide him. Plus he also has his own "heavy-army" which he used frequently enough during Hudlin's run to be considered his standard gear. The Squad is tough but I don't think they are anything he can't handle, especially while on his own turf. I see T'Challa taking them down and then going to the States to take care of Waller herself.
Storm's solo has been written well for the first 3 issues. While I still think issue # 1 is the best, the second and third issues were decent. I'm warming up to Ibanez's art and I can't wait for him to return to the title. Issues 4 & 5 seem interesting since they are dealing with Ro's feelings about Wolverine's death. While I wasn't a fan of these two being together, I do think it's been handled well for the most part. After these two issues thought I really want to the storyline to heat up and kick into overdrive with some more in depth character development for Storm.
Of the ones listed in the OP, I would have to say that Ivan Reis' are my favorite. I like his modern Aquaman as well as his "6 years ago" Aquaman.
However I do like his look in Flashpoint:
