Alright, so he has a cloak and guns and boots. He can kind of float using his boots? He can hold his breath and be invisble with his cloak? And apparently Dormammu posesses him, but how much magic stuff does he actually do? Does he use magic all the time in his fights? But also according to The Hood's profile, Dormmammu is getting tired of him and is looking at some girl?
Basically, what can The Hood due, in terms of magic and can he do this by his own free will?
