Pure offensively,

1. Scarlet witch(Extreme potential of her magic can overpower Thanos easily). But she will be easily defeated if she got hit...

2. Peak Thor(Top mental capacity and training)/ Captain Marvel( Her powers came from the Space Stone and through experience, she may be one of the most powerful avenger in the MCU later)

3. Doctor strange(Even without the Time stone, through more fights, his spells are great as he can stop the flood and with experience as well, he can cast more powerful magic in the future)

4. Hulk(Not sure about his potential, he may go higher, but currently in Endgame, his performance isn't really as expected)

5. Captain America with Mjolnir/ Iron Man with Prime armor

Versatility:

1. Doctor Strange with more tatics, intelligence and experience.

2. Thor

3. Captain marvel

4. Wanda

5. Hulk/Cap

(Wonder if Peter Quill with the celestial powers can fight Thanos to a standstill...)

@rebake: I also think that Thor didn't use his potential as he kind of relies on Stormbreaker and Mjolnir too much. With his infinity war mental state and instinct, along with enough training, he should do better than what we see in Endgame. He was definitely out of shape and mind(being nerfed) this time. Hope he will return from Fat thor to the real God of Thunder in GOGT3 or Thor 4 if they will be out.

Captain marvel did quite well, as she kind of overpowered Thanos for a while, despite being thrown out the first time and blasted by the power stone.

But scarlet witch and Peak Thor(Who has training and a good mental capacity) should do better in terms of offensive capability. Wanda might be out of the battle if she gets hit as she has bad defense and durability.
