Haven't read this issue yet, won't be getting to my LCS till Saturday, but I'm a little confused. Don't they know he's alive already, didn't Dick play Batman at the end of Endgame when Bruce went after Joker. I might be remembering it wrong, I haven't read it since it came out.
Also is that Wayne manor? how did they get that back after Eternal? must of missed that.
James Gunn made an interesting comment on his Facebook this weekend, saying that the biggest Easter Egg that Gunn he in the movie hasn’t been found.
When asked about Easter eggs here's what he said-
Jose Francisco Billini Have a great weekend too James Gunn , just one question, have all the Easter eggs in GOTG been revealed? A while back you said there were still quite a few, if not when can we expect them to be revealed? Like · Reply · 17 · September 11 at 3:30pm
This is kinda interesting because they has been so much speculation and guessing to do with every detail of the film, so missing something big seems odd, I've read that people are thinking he might mean big literally with something so obvious and in your face it's easy to miss.
I think it's weird that I haven't (personally) seen much talk about the red caped figure in the image below, to me he looks a lot like Thor which doesn't make a lot of sense, I've come up with 2 possible theory's (both don't make that much sense when you think about them, but bare with me)
1) Could it be Ragnarok Thor, the robot from the Civil War comic? That was created by someone other than Iron Man and alike. He would be a prized item for the collector so would easily fit in his collection.
2) could Guardians be happening in the future a bit and Thor end up being a exhibit of the Collectors by the end of Thor 3. Because Guardians can fit into the Marvel universe looser this could make sense, though the casual viewer might find it tricky.
It's probably a completely different character but I'd be interested in any thoughts on my theory or any other ideas to what Gunn might be talking about.
