Obviously they get rekt if they go up directly against U6, 7 and & 11 top/mid tiers in a but how well do they do overall if we go strictly by feats? Who can they beat? With good team work, hax and strategy, how far can get?

Assume they have basic knowledge of the TOP and what they're up against

I'd give that to Dr. Stange. Mirror dimension bfr with only a thought. Time stop, reversal, and loop with the eye. He has shields capable of holding off Dormammu attacks. Who knows what else he can do now.
