For starters, they get people who know the characters and don't have open disdain for them to make the movies (unlike Zack "I grew up Superman" Snyder). Second, they know when to ignore the fans and go for what makes a good movie. They have a good balance of pleasing fans and not going overboard with listening to every little complaint or nitpick (no silly circus suit for Hawkeye).

Because otherwise the story would be over in 5 pages.

Young Justice. I liked the animation way better than EMH.

Marvel has realized that taking movies about talking raccoons and guys in bright spandex and playing them 100 percent serious is a fool's errand.

We've seen the disastrous results of trying to take the Fantastic Four and Superman and trying to make them completely serious and edgy.

Can Ben Affleck run over Snyder with the Batmobile?

You're right, dead pool is hated, and DoFP, and TDK, those sure are hated -_-

Deadpool is hated by anyone who actually knows his older comics, not the non-comic readers, bandwagon fans, and fans who only know him through his recent material that make up his fanbase now..

Today in baseless, silly reaches...

Nobody is lucky enough to end up with an ass like Nightwing's.

Unless it's someone like Kevin Smith who has actual experience with filmmaking, no. Comic book fans often get really mad and take any changes to the source material as a personal insult, even when it's objectively something that makes for a better film.

Marvel is probably not gonna integrate their Netflix heroes too deeply into the universe. They're aimed at a different audience.

(I have my doubts about the whole "universal has the rights to a Hulk solo" debacle, I mean, clearly they are doing nothing with their so called "rights" so are they just hogging the title for nothing?)

That happens all the time in Hollywood. It's very common for studios to buy scripts that have a lot of buzz and then bury them, just so a rival studio can't make it and get a ton of money.

In the grand scheme of things keeping the Hulk away from Marvel is a meaningless gesture since Marvel has a ton of other profitable franchises, but never underestimate how much spite influences Hollywood decision making.
