I think you're right about Rodgers' personality, but I'm more talking about from his perspective and who he would want to work with and put up with more than his teammates or coaches putting up with him.
Oh I'm not suggesting the Jets dont have weapons, or that most QB's (Carr comes to mind) couldnt elevate them to a mid to serious threat. Like we've said, its a 'feel' thing with them and Rodgers though. I dont know if Rodgers is a force multiplier like that anymore.
