Shadow Company's stealth assault carrier Novae Terrae meaning New World in Latin is a one-of-a-kind stealth assault carrier built by the US government. Originally going to be a replacement for the helicarriers, STRIKE along with shadow company bought the only one ever completed as well as blueprints. This ship's main purpose is to be a global command center for military operations around the world.

Backing by the US government and the UN, Novae Terrae was completed on December 20th 2014. a full complement of American and UN sailors work aboard the ship and live aboard it. Novae Terrae being two times smaller than a regular American aircraft carrier can only house and deploy helicopters or VTOL's. The Novae Terrae houses 10 RH 66 Comanches and 15 Ravjets. Although the ship itself does not have many armaments other than anti-air is fast enough to out run any countries destroyer or cruiser class sea based ships.

The Ravjet is a unique, hybrid-wing aircraft with similar flight capabilities as modern VTOL aircraft and serves as a personnel transport and versatile attack vehicle. capable of using its primary weapon the Gatling gun and a secondary weapon (if attached) missile pods.

The Boeing-Sikorsky RAH-66 Comanche was an advanced five-blade armed reconnaissance and attack helicopter. The RAH-66 was intended to be a stealth helicopter; it incorporated multiple techniques to reduce its radar cross-section (RCS) and other areas of visibility. in short terms its the replacement for the Apache helicopter.

The Phalanx CIWS is a close-in weapon system for defense against anti-ship missiles and aircraft. based on the same exact design the US Navy uses it's a radar guided and even AI operated Gatling gun system. Novae Terrae possesses eight of these around the entirety of the ship.
