An overall nice capper to what is one of the easier and soundly structured stories going on in the DCU at the moment. I spoiled myself on what happens before I got around to reading it, spoilers don't matter. And it still hit you right in the gut, the art team has been killing it and just produce some great melodramatic imagery.

Pretty certain I'll be dropping 'Tec until Night of the Monster Men is cleared up and jump back on for Vicitm Syndicate.

@captainmarvel4ever : cuz featuring gay characters doesn't automatically make it unsuitable for children? I mean, Steven Universe seems to be hitting that demographic pretty well.

yup pretty much

Well I saw it last night. What a vapid day glow trash fire of a film. This belongs next to the Fantastic Four movies and Ghost Rider 1, every superhero movie from that era not called X-Men or Spider-man honestly. This movie had a bad script and was then chopped to pieces because of a trailer and BvS bombing and oh my god is not apparent. I feel bad for everyone involved, there are some idk if "good" is the right word but interesting watchable prefroamnces from Davis, Smith, and kind of Robbie.

That Justice League trailer is better then every piece of BvS marketing, it actually looks like a movie. It has movement and style and humor. It's not a plodding pretintious smart by half exercise. Wonder Woman looks good, don't like that they ephasized her going full warrior gettin all stab happy over her being shown at least a lil bit to be compassionate an ya know Wonder Woman.

still at least it's nice to have a marketing piece that isn't groan inducing.

This cut of the movie is better, but that's such a low bar to clear. It functions as a more coherent plot ... that still trips over itself when you take a second to actually think about things. Zack Snyder is so preocupied, like in Man of Steel, with how we (the public in the film) would react to Superman that he never bothers to actually make him a character for the audience viewing the movie. We are kept at arms length like the media in the moive, which is itself a half-measure that never really considers the role the Planet played in making Superman. Batman gets off better in that he is formed but what he is made out to be is so far from Batman it's mind boggling how Snyder got away with it. There is too much funamental misguided in this movie to turn it into something enjoyable to watch. There's stuff to pick at sure (but that's in any piece of media) but it never coheres into anything, it's all half finished thoughts some potentially interesting thoughts but the film never manages to complete it.

Did not expect to enjoy this comic so much, it's one of the nicest surprises about the Rebirth line. Love it's use of Batman, he's not really there but he hangs over effecting everything. And this book is essentially the Batwoman and friends book for this arch at least.

Really enjoying this series, I think its because its not a solo-Batman book I respect Batman presence and necessity but man all alone not much. And well Kate Kane, Stephie Brown, Cassandra, and Tim Drake are awesome.

WB did a good job changing the fan perception of Justice League with this set visit. They gave away a lot and it all makes it sound fun and compotent. It has me interested in the Ultimate cut of BvS a bit more now, still likely a bad movie and terrible foundation but eh lil change.

Would've been cool if it was Welling, his casting is the kinda fanservey referential stuff DCWverse dose really well. But hey he was super good in Everybody Wants Some! and solid in the Teen Wolfe clips I've looked up.
