Top 10 Women In Comic Books (Personality / Powers / Integration in Comic)

After doing a few list of my own and looking at some fellow CV members I have noticed that sometimes Women in comics get the short end of the stick. So here is a list for the females that fill out comics. This is a list of my 10 favorite women in comics based on their Personality, Powers, and Integration in the comic (Looks do not play a factor in their rankings). This is just a general grouping, as there will be both Marvel and DC, as well as Hero and Villain.
