@k4tzm4n I think the reason why Bruce was able to hide from Clark was because he was in a place he didn't think he would look. It's not like Clark is going to scan the whole cave up and down in a few seconds.
The way I see it is this. Cyclops has only one basic attack. Batman's cape and/or armor can withstand 1, maybe 2, blasts from Cyclops' beams. Then Batman figures out what he is able to do and does all he can to dodge every other attack from there until he is able to do something that prevents him from blasting or just takes him out in general. It wouldn't be hard for Batman to defeat Cyclops. Cyclops would have to have really good luck to beat him even though his beams are really powerful.
@g_man: I think the Illinois driver's license is only a quick solution to DC's constant "Don't let the readers know what state Gotham City is in" plan. Even though we all know it's basically in the northern part of New Jersey.
Also, I'm gonna call it that Dick puts on a Batman costume so that when people see him, while he fights, they won't know who he is and try to rattle him.
Am I the only one who really hates the new Owlman design? It's especially weird because everyone else is relatively unchanged.
Owlman's costume changes almost all the time. One of the most consistent things about the Crime Syndicate every time they reappear is that Owlman's costume is different, Power Ring is a different person (usually a mirror image of the current Green Lantern), Ultraman's symbol is different, and that the core team of 5 is always intact with maybe a few others sometimes.
I happen to like them all, except Ultimate Spider-Man, because I never got into the Ultimate universe. But I had to vote for Superior Spider-Man because it's the only book I've been able to stay caught up on. I need to catch up on Scarlet Spider and Venom badly. And Foes and Team Up I am caught up on and like, but it's definitely not my favorite. I've been picking up Carnage but haven't even attempted to start it yet.
