I know Goku was supposed to have absorbed his God power into his base form but I am 99.9% sure that was retconned/writers forgot about it.

@ecu4awhile: Acacia has a lot of hax and better speed feats than DBZ characters imo, so he can pretty much beat all of them. DBS is where the stat difference is too wide.
