I think the only reason the Joker is here instead of Black Mask is because the Joker has been conceived in so many ways - but it always ends up being the same thing. This is a guy, who likes to wear makeup, and kill people. Simple. And yet, amazingly complex.

Like Joker, I think the only reason Rorschach is here instead of The Comedian is because Rorschach embodied the spirit of the no power superhero. He was really all brains and determination, like the Green Hornet, Sandman (who's number 2), and more.

He's ridiculous. Everyone has powers but him and he manages to kick ass. Plus, I mean, the 80's depiction of him, portrayed by a porn star? Wow. I mean, come on. No double meaning intended.
