Logan Winchester (Miss America)

Short Biography

Born in December 2nd 1996.

Logan's mother at the time was unable to provide care, after giving birth and she would name her daughter then near immediately afterwards dropped Logan off at an orphanage where she would later be adopted at the age of four into a wealthy middle class family that lived in the suburbs of Massachusetts. Homeschooled most of child as well as adolescent life, eventually Logan received her G.E.D then entered college and not too long afterwards met the requirements for grants but in the end traded it all for a career in the F.B.I as a government official that roots out corruption.

Metahuman Origin

Logan's biological father was supposedly a normal human however her mother was an inter-dimensional being of vast power and royal heritage yet despite this for reasons unknown her parents had abandoned the hybrid child to the mercy of strangers, around the age of six Logan discovered her powers during a bullying session from blood line members of her adopted parents which nearly led to serious injuries.

Metahuman Power

Logan's primary power comes not from her hybrid body but rather her soul/spirit that has inherited unfathomable spiritual energy from her mother, this gives Logan an ace up her sleeve as few individuals are capapble of blocking her powers or mimicking them due to their special nature. Over time Logan has classed her spiritual abilities into three unique ranks, below they follow.

Symbology-O

Symbology O is the offensive based symbology of Logan's branching abilities, it typically specializes in debuffing enemies and enhancing offensive capabilities which makes it the best for inflicting damage.

  • Curse

(Bestows misfortune on the target making it easier for one to critically injure them while also making the targets chance to complete any action whether it be good or bad go down by 75% in addition to absolutely nullifying healing and inducing rapid blood loss. The Curse effect once cast can not be removed through genetics or technology and is permanent until removed through either cosmic,magical,divine means or until the target dies )

  • Fracture

(Reduces the physical resilience as well as every other type of resistance the target has in question by half its current value, once fracture is cast its effects last for several days and can only be preemptively ended through the same manners as Curse can. Fracture can also be stacked indefinitely there for values of resistance will drop as 100%,50%,25%,12.5% and so on and so forth until the target is deceased)

  • Slow

(Reduces the targets reaction speed and movement speed down to one thousandth of its current speed and just as fracture the ability can last several days but instead of being stacked its effects multiply with each cast by a factor of ten making a 1,000 decrease into 10,000 and a 10,000 decrease into a 100,000 decrease and so on and so forth)

  • Combat Charge

(Increases the damage inflicted by a weapon or individual, several of either or can have their potential damage infliction increased through a "charging" method. By embuing a weapon or individual through her spirit energy Logan enhances the damage potential by an equivalent of its base value per second so with in ten seconds an an attack will be ten times more powerful next time it is used however weapon charges can last up to days at most while minutes atleast but metahumans and their physical strikes or powers deplete combat charges much quicker with the least it could last being seconds and the average being minutes. In addition combat charge can not add unique properties to metahumans as it can to weapons such as seeking projectiles,faster fire rate,extended range,enhanced projectile speed )

  • Silence

(Silence has two effects each one unique to certain circumstances, its first effect is nullification of all non base physical attacks essentially eliminating all ranged options whether it be telepathy,telekensis,magical as well as powers that change ones default physical properties with the only exception being healing factors and those with unassisted super speed. The second effect disables all technology that runs on non chemical energy, the ability operating almost as if an emp but instead of an electric magnetic pulse it is reality warping that is disabling the technology)

  • Galick

(Galick is an ability that is capable of attacking either the soul or life force of a creature or individual allowing a method to directly by pass all physical resistance however this ability is useless against undead individuals. Galick allows Logan to ''Push' a soul around or out a body or if deemed necessary outright 'destroy' a targets soul and in addition be able to drain their life force until none remains)

Symbology-N

Symbology N is the neutral based symbology of Logan's branching abilities, it typically specializes in summoning entities or weapons which makes it a hybrid of the offensive and defensive ability tree.

  • Spirit of America

(Summons Hero Unit Liberty Prime to do bidding on behalf of Logan)

  • ICU Drone

(Summons espionage automatons of varying size and shape to keep tabs as well as spy on individuals for extended durations with out being detected)

  • Warzone

(Summons a perfect replica of any non biological machine of war Logan has observed whether it be robot or vehicle, said summons will be able to operate independently as a sentient with out the need of biological crew to pilot them or use the onboard weaponry)

  • Weapon Works

(Can create any weapon come across or observed, unlike the other summons which serve as minions the Weapon Works ability gives Logan an "object" to use in combat whether it be a divine sword or cosmic gun)

  • Structure

(Summons a replica of a structure or establishment observed before in the past however biological materials can not be replicated)

Symbology-D

Symbology D is the defensive based symbology of Logan's branching abilities, it typically specializes in buffing individuals,restoration and anti "evil" which makes it the best for support out of all three branches.

  • Ascalon

(Heals targets back to pristine health regardless of injury whether it be dismemberment or blunt trauma, Ascalon works as long as the targets brain is intact enough to register as being alive)

  • Cure

(Removes curses,genetic ailments such as diseases or viruses allowing the target to be in a relatively health state)

  • Damage Filter

(Once cast on a target all incoming damage or attacks are filtered down to have one thousandth of its original strength, repeated casts of damage filter will multiply each subsequent effect by a factor of ten)

  • Ascendant Consumption

(Logan's ascendant soul is kept locked away with small breathing holes allowing her Symbology to work but its insatiable hunger to consume evil essence is ever present, occasionally Logan can slightly open the cage that allows her to feed on negative emotions as well as corrupt forces and demon energy essentially allowing Logan to feast on the energies that anchor undead forces as well as absorb demons into her void by merely being in their presence)

  • Lady Luck

(Increases a targets fortune, doubles the chances of an action succeeding and the chances of an aggresors attack missing or failing to cause harm by a significant margin)

  • Mirage

(Creates near perfect illusions of ndividuals that are capapble of fooling enhanced senses or advanced technological sensors. The only effectively rapid and accurate method to tell what is real or fake is through physical contact as the illusions do not target the mind and are made internally out of energy)

Symbology Over-Charge

When Logan under goes certain emotions or actions she gains unique powers boosts that have special properties with their on special consequences but with careful use they can be invaluable in most situations.

Red Eyes

Intense negative emotions such as anger can change Logans normally green eyes into red where she has the option to use "Red Eyes" to enhance her offensive symbology granting the following benefits and consequences.

+Improved Combat Charge (Hours worth of charges can be done in seconds)

+Healing factor (Can rapidly heal physical injuries as long as Red Eyes is active)

+Improved Debuffs (All debuffs now are four times as effective and can be cast significantly more rapidly with out decrease in accuracy)

-Decreased defense (Can not use any Symbology D abilities with the sole exception of Ascendant consumption)

- Focus Decrease (Less effective in dealing with enemies the more that are present)

-Rapid Energy Consumption (A constant supply of negative emotions combined with Ascendant consumption is needed to maintain Red Eyes)

Blue Eyes

Intense positive emotions such as love can change Logans normally green eyes into blue where she has the option to use "Blue Eyes" to enhance her defensive symbology granting the following benefits and consequences.

+Improved Healing (Can combine all her restorative abilities together and use them much quicker on larger scales)

+Tri-Invulnerability (Gains a new ability to cast three auras of absolute invulnerability on the targets of her choice, the ability lasting as long as she has "Blue Eyes")

+Angel's Wing (Can call forth Dabria's assitance to provide ressurection for the fallen)

-Decreased offense (Can not use any Symbology O abilities)

-Decreased aggresion (Logan Winchester will be significantly less prone to attack outside of using her summoned minions)

-Instability (It is difficult to maintain "Blue Eyes" for extended durations and only lasts as long as her mental clarity does)

Marks

When ever Logan 'touches' a soul she receives an over charge of her spirit energy, performing certain actions with souls will activate the hidden symbols usually masked on her body and upon activation she will receive the combined benefits of both Blue and Red eyes with out needing to trade out her green eyes or receive the usual consequences.

However Marks usually only lasts for roughly a minute but there is a method capapble of extending it for days albeit unknown to Logan.

Liberty Prime (Heroic Spirit)

Liberty Prime is the summonable "Hero" Logan has absolute command over, L-P as Logan calls it manifests from her spiritual energy making an idea of extreme patriotism into something tangible. Liberty Prime was initially for all intents and purposes just an imaginary friend of Logan that she bonded with over several years, eventually the bond became strong enough that when combined with Logan's spiritual power it twisted and changed reality itself to bring him forth into existence.

At the age sixteen Logan summoned L-P to destroy a forty strong syndicate gang of villainous metahumans that were attacking the local police station, with her riding on his neck along with combining her other spiritual abilities she and L-P won the battle and set in stone her future as a mid tier celebrity.

Liberty Prime's abilities

Celestial Beam

L-P is capable of projecting three types of energy emissions from his visor like eyelets but despite the differences they all travel at the speed of light once projected. The three energy variants under go the color of the American flag which follows as Red,White,Blue.

  • [Red energy emissions are heat rays several magnitudes hotter than the core of Earths star]
  • [White energy emissions are celestial rays meant to harm divine beings typically dubbed "Gods" and reduce or negate the effects of reality warping whether it be through magic or deity power]
  • [Blue energy emissions are freeze rays capable of reaching temperatures as low as Absolute Zero instantly upon contact]

L-P can selectively adjust the width,power and radius of Celestial Beam to either mimic explosions capapble of annihilating nations in one shot for mass destruction or for shots precise enough to clip the wings off flies and harm nothing else.

Special II: (Inflicts "Poisoning" on energy absorbers, CB is highly resistant to being manipulated almost outright immune however individuals/objects that are capapble of absorbing the energy if powerful enough will find their body/vessel under going a esoteric and toxic detoriation should they initially succeed in absorbing it)

F.B.I Service

Logan Winchester's occupation as an employee of the F.B.I is not public knowledge and is kept in secrecy by many who do know the truth. Due to her reasonably high popularity Logan has to occasionally modify her appearance when performing certain duties for the F.B.I, sometimes she may be called in to assist in the capture of a wanted Metahuman or other duties that are typically outside of the I.C.U's jurisdiction mainly because of her invaluable metahuman abilities.

Iowa's special arsenal

Sometimes ordinary assets are not enough to deal with extraordinary beings, that's why I have my own extraordinary arsenal to counter those individuals.

Unique handheld weapons

RE-ZRO

RE-ZRO is a two hand held automatic rail accelerator gun, its powered and supplied by the same energy I use to construct other weapons or vehicles.

It fires a one kilogram projectile at several velocities ranging from its lowest at mach 100 to its highest mach 10,000 in addition to this it also has a ROF consisting of 950 shots a minute. The potential collateral damage is contained within a extremely potent magnetic sphere of energy which reduces the splash damage it would have against the surrounding area to a pitiful six meters.

This weapon excels at piercing damage since its purpose is to penetrate through either super heavy armor or meta-humans with extraordinary durability mean while the fire rate is meant to shred apart the selected target like a lawnmower shreds grass, yet the bad side about RE-ZRO is that it has high recoil so unless I'm at ranges 100 meters or less I will suffer a significant penalty when using it at its max potential.

Description: Its silver and fairly thin for its size, RE-ZRO has no scope because I'm accurate enough to not need one but when it fires it leaves a blue glowing visible trail that lasts for a few seconds before dissipating (Side effect of being psionically powered).

Ammunition Type: The projectile is made out of a composite of earth's strongest metals in addition to having a diamond tip, with a emphasis on a armor piercing design this projectile can penetrate the most sturdiest of things in a relatively short amount of time.

Fisto

Fisto is a mechanized power fist made out of and maintained by the most advanced nanotechnology the world has seen and few would even know its blue prints originally come from an off world device so its technically 'alien' tech even though I R&D'd it to my own specifications, its natural properties even at its unpowered down state is capable of doing two things

One) It passively absorbs energy sources not contained in an area; this means electrical wiring spazzing out or radiation in a contaminated area all the way to repulsor blasts and fiery flames, you name it and the gauntlet can pretty much drain the energy source into its nanobots which powers it up for its other features.

Two) It produces a natural aura of 'strength enhancement' on the appendage of choice (Which for me is typically my right fist) I once gave it to a scientist and he managed to shatter vibranium 'accidentally' in its depowered state and on one occasion I managed to flip one of my aircraft carriers with the device but boy when it's on does it sure pack a punch!

{Fisto Specifications}

Description: Its a big white mechanical power fist with five stubby fingers that fits like a glove, the nanotechnology aboard the device fits the shape to the wearers specifications and usually extends a defensive liquid nanomaterial that expands all the way up to the shoulder essentially covering the arm in a defensive paint that is as durable as the glove is strong.

  • Kinetic Magazine Charge: 1,000 charges

Features: Fisto relies on external power sources to increase the strength augmentation on the limb it supports, receiving or dishing out a certain amount of 'force' plus absorbing energy sources will provide charges for the gauntlet and in return each charge increases the amount of force the wearer can hit with. Thus the more active the wearer is the more damage can be done, in addition to strength augmentation the gauntlet can provide the user a secondary means of defense by matching peer strength opponents almost as equals but only if user can support the energy requirements Fisto needs.

Grava-Discs

Oh these are one of my favorite toys!

Grava-Discs as you figured are technological gizmo's that can manipulate gravity, there's not really much to these things but they sure do have a lot of potential applications. For the most part it can do two things which is either reverse gravity sending objects weighing ten's of thousands of ton off into the horizon in the blink of an eye and eventually out into deep space, then there is the opposite which is increase the gravity of an object even as light as a feather to the point it sinks to the earths core but then we have the more extreme version which is creating a singularity that rips apart what ever that is in its radius down to an atomic level.

{Grava-Disc Specifications}

Description: Gava-Discs are extremely small as in no larger than a nickle, being only controllable via psionic connection like all other weapons from my unique arsenal. The top of a Grava-Disc is red and the bottom is blue, they're extremely light and can attach themselves to thrown targets like super glue but most times individuals wouldn't even feel it attach unless they had some sort of sensitivity to touch.

Weapon Range: When thrown can reach up to 100 meters

Weapon Radius: 3-30 meter gravity manipulation radius

Duration: Variable, minimum is less than a second and longest is up to an hour

Time for Gravity Manipulation to work: Instant

Capacity: Can effect objects as heavy as a navy ship

Nuka Nades

When the going gets tough its time to pull out some tide turners, Nuka Nades are the strongest explosives in my arsenal that I can access with out permission from the POTUS. I guess you can say its a loophole since my Nuka Grenades are as powerful as actual nukes but the draw back is that their power is concentrated into a significantly smaller area, yeah that isn't so useful against an entire army but they are perfect weapons to use against various entities and baddies on the individual level since nothings too good to shrug off a couple nukes getting shoved down some abominations throat before it goes boom!

Description: Nuka Nades are the same size and have most of the same technical expectations that a M67 grenade possesses, its green and its entire surface is a perfect metal sphere with a red button at the top.

Explosive Yield: 1-100 Megatons of TNT

Liberty Gun

The Liberty Gun, my ultimate biological killing device its to a minigun to what a metahuman is to a human. This baby is a six barreled gold plus lead plus virbanium composite barrel rotary machine gun modified to a higher technological standard then its mundane counter part, this weapon is not electrically powered but f****ing nuclear powered from six miniaturized top tier nuclear plants bringing up a casual energy output of six thousand megawatts a second.

This gun uses radiation to kill and it uses A LOT, it can use virtually any known source of radiation and then some more exotic variants discovered by certain geniuses but enough of that lets get into the specifications shall we?

{Liberty Gun Specifications}

Description: At a first glance one notices that the minigun is coated completely in gold and its barrels are seemingly thin with a unique tip at the end that's in the shape of eagle heads, its weight is too heavy for any normal human to carry due to the density of the lead + vibranium combination that was used to contain as much radiation leakage as possible and in the end succeeded to only a 0.0000000001% amount escapes upon the mechanism discharging its package.

There is a data pad next to the small package sized power source which feeds the minigun, the data bad contains roman numeral digits, when the gun fires it leaves a green vapor that dissipates after fifteen hundred feet which signals the combat range of the guns unique energy transmitter yet there is one last feature to notice and its the american flag logo'd along with the statement [Catch 22] on the front of the power pack.

Features: The gun's purpose is to serve as a potent biological weapon, its ability to select different variants of radiation or even combine them allow the shooter to devastate most biological beings not immune in a single barrage, sometimes even a single shot is enough to do in even the most high tier of healers due to its DNA corrupting abilities.

A secondary feature the Liberty Gun has access to is the ability to induce concentrated EMP blasts by manipulating the power source in the gun with enough efficiency to EMP an entire ship or city block, this allows Iowa to negate technological shieldings of foes which nicely compliments its already present ability to by pass natural durability and armor due to the way radiation works. Unless the foe in question has materials or natural features that deflects radiation the Liberty Gun intense radiation rays will be absorbed into a biological body as simple as one takes in the sun.

Defense Tower

Unlike most of my arsenal the Defense Tower is primarily for defense over offensive, its some what complicated to explain entirely as its based on the most exotic tech available on Earth. In essence its a shield bubble of sorts but unlike most shields this one does not stop projectiles but send them to another point in some random reality, the defense tower props onto the ground like a flag and forms a sphere of quantum energy around it and what ever that attempts to enter the bubble will simply disappear some where but never back.

{Defense Tower Specifications}

Description: This cylinder shaped like device is one foot in length and three inches in width, its a glossy onyx color with crystal like sphere at its top, once the device is firmly implanted onto the ground the sphere will release a multidimensional blue wave barrier in the shape of a sphere that removes all incoming attacks to another place or time.

Duration: 60 seconds

Cooldown: 20 seconds

Range 0.1-1km

Limitations: Think of as the sphere of energy as rips in space and time rather than a traditional forcefield that one can eventually break through, amassing massive amounts of firepower will simply be displaced rather than break through and attempts such as teleporting or exotic reaching methods through the forcefield will end the same way which is being removed from the battlefield.

There are only two known ways to bypass the battle field removal sphere and its by either waiting out the duration of the field or being inside it before the shield activates.

Unique constructions

Rail Turrets

Rail Turrets as you suspected are retrofitted triple barreled navy gun turrets modified to use rail accelerators, each barrel has a damage output of 32 megajoules by firing a twenty three pound projectile at mach seven speeds. All together the three barrels of the rail turrets combined firing in a single shot gives a damage output of 96 megajoules.

To put this into further perspective a single Rail Turret is capable of doing as much damage in a single turn as ten main battle tanks firing simultaneously, Rail Turrets however are still weaker power wise than Iowa's 16 inch guns but make up for it with their very high fire rate that builds up faster as it continuously fires

{Rail Turret Specifications}

Range: 40 Kilometers

Rate of Fire: 1-1,1-2,1-4,1-8,1-16 (For every second the Rail Turret is firing it will double its base fire rate until it reaches its cap at five times its base which takes roughly five seconds)

Damage Output: 96 megajoules-1,536 megajoules per second

Cooldown: 10 second cool down (Can shoot for sixty seconds straight)

Advantages: Armor Piercing,Knock Back Effect,High Velocity

Disadvantages: Over-penetration,Costly,Collateral Damage

"TULPA PROJECT" (Non canon)

There are only two known individuals to have been successfully created by the Tulpa project since its inception five years ago, they've gone under the code names Iowa and Kongou. These individuals have been classified by our research division as living thoughts sheathed in a shell of physical flesh and blood yet they are not limited by the constraints of biodegradation due to their 'Psionic' energy keeping them in a state of immortality; frankly the programs been a bigger success then ever imagined.

Iowa and Kongou was a joint operation between our own researchers and Japans after they assisted in giving us the extra funding to make this possible, interesting enough Iowa and Kongou were birthed at the same time of our projects final run.

During the first year we learned that the Tulpa's personalities revolve on a combination of the Tulpa's past nations history as well as current general mood of its population so in essence the Tulpa's are reflections of their country, this explains the Tulpa Iowa has a rather more aggressive demeanor compared to her Japanese counterpart Kongou.

The Tulpa's have shown extraordinary abilities, it seems as if each Tulpa has access to a realm of their own creation which is maintained and access through the same psionic energy they are made of yet a few weeks after this finding we received another one, the Tulpa's were using their own energy source to create energy and matter which violates the first law of thermodynamics!

After clearing through some red tape we managed to get the two Tulpa's to deploy on private U.N missions to deal with organized crime abroad the globe, the Tulpa's have shown a high success rate but only when working in conjunction.

Iowa has received a 10% fail rate in the average of all her mission deployments which is disappointing to say the least as Kongou's fail rate is 0%

The Japanese have decided to with draw further assistance into the Tulpa project after concerns of Iowa with Kongou, according to reports our American Tulpa has been increasingly 'annoying' her Japanese counterpart but it is soon to be rectified yet I have my concerns should we fail to do so.

Additional notes from one of our concerned researchers is that the American Tulpa has a physical attraction to said counterpart, we've dismissed the claim but I'm logging it in just for future reference.

The Tulpa's have withdrawn Kongou back to Japan before Camp Reach was retrofitted for the Tulpa's, the claims of physical attraction Iowa had towards Kongou were true but in addition to this it seems as if Kongou...didn't mind.

Either way this is my final log for this report date so I will finish it off with an assessment of both Iowa and Kongou

Iowa: Her combat capabilities exceed Kongou's in terms of raw power and physical aggressiveness but she is also easily aggravated and on several occasions has shown signs of being mentally unhinged, Iowa's condition has only worsened since Kongou was recalled and I believe that the Japanese Tulpa was the "rock" that kept her stable.

Kongou: Kongou while lacking the raw power and aggressiveness that Iowa has she makes up for it with her excellent efficiency by maximizing accuracy and speed on all her abilities, she conserves energy better and thinks in unique ways that Iowa has never thought of.

Iowa in short is a active Tulpa, her primary abilities rely on the ability to "Create" and "Command" her constructions in a manner almost similar to a RTS Commander.

Miniaturization

Iowa can miniaturize her constructions to fractions of their true sizes but still keep the fire power and strength it would have at its base size, this allows Iowa to construct tiny naval turrets or tank columns no larger than 12 inches yet they will still retain the same fire power as well as durability that they would have in their true size. (The same applies to projectiles and other vehicles/weapons she creates)

Creation

Iowa is capable of replicating nearly any weapon she comes across and already has access to a data base of known weapons in her pocket dimension "Weapon Works", this pocket dimension contains blue prints and required materials to build anything qualified as a "Weapon or Military Fortification" at a nigh instantaneous speed.

When Iowa comes across a never before used or seen weapon she will try to examine it, depending on its unique properties she will either be able to get subconscious blue prints to replicate it in "Weapon Works", the creation ability also allows her to produce massive amounts of war machines such as Naval Fleets,Air Fleets or entire mechanized divisions as easy as it would be for one to scratch an inch but primarily Iowa has a preference over controlling naval turrets and creating the munitions in "Weapon Works" to be used on a foe and reserves all the other abilities for later

Command

Iowa is named after USS Iowa (BB-61) and for good purpose, she was 'created' from the vessel and has all the qualities of the battleship condensed into her human size which essentially means she's as durable as said battleship!

Despite being a battleship, Iowa would be ineffective at combat on her lonesome with out the ability to command her arsenals at a remote range. The American Tulpa evolved a ranged "Control" over her created objects allowing her to use them as her eyes and ears while also giving them "spirits" to operate on their own based on the commands she issues psionically, this gives Iowa the ability to manifest her own mechanized armies that can operate independently with out the need of biological crew.

Miss America's perk-sets

  • Perk Set "Home Defense" (Available only on U.S soil/territory or in a U.S embassy)

Patriots Armor (A naturally occurring aura that reduces all types of damage by 75% of its base value, thus the stronger an attack the more damage is reduced, this ability is passive but can also be cast upon other individuals with out loss of effectiveness)

Early Warning (A precognitive warning system that reveals in explicit detail any incoming dangers towards Iowa 60 seconds into the future, its a passive ability and therefore can't be consciously activated to see into the future in advance thus its only purpose is for defense. One fact worth mentioning is that the EW perk has no limit to the amount of times it can warn Iowa but it can be negated by high levels of technology or mysticism)

America's Love (A restorative ability that can restore someone to the brink of death and cure any ailments however not only does it only work on biological beings but also mechanical thus if there is a "chance" no matter how small to restore a tool or mechanical object it will happen and restore it to optimum efficiency. America's Love how ever uses energy from Iowa's reserves and thus is limited by the amount she can use this ability)

Yippie-Ki-Yay (This ability allows Iowa to temporarily expend her munitions with out using her reserves of energy as she normally would and thus is a form of "Unlimited Ammo" for Iowa, the ability lasts for a full 30 seconds and has a cool down of 60 seconds in addition to cutting off the energy costs for all other abilities by half)

  • Perk Set "Liberator" (Available only over seas or when being commanded by the Military)

Sleight of Hands (Sleight of Hands allows Iowa to instantly switch to a different arsenal of weapons or cut down the required time to create a weapon to zero, however to use Sleight of Hands Iowa will always have to pay energy from her reserves in order to do so and thus it's always a risky maneuver if she is low on energy)

Damage Boost (Damage Boost is an ability that can be cast on herself or others, damage boost as its name implies increases the amount of damage the effected individual can inflict whether it be through range,melee or even more exotics means. Damage Boost is multiplicative [Going 2x,4x,8x,16x,32x,64x,ect] each time its cast with in a sixty second duration which resets the timer before it wears off, damage boost like all abilities that are not passive will dip into Iowa's energy reserves however this is mitigated if the "Home Defense" perk is in conjunction with the "Liberator" perk)

American Democracy (This ability gives Iowa a temporary invulnerability effect that protects her or an individual from any attack but only ONE, the action to cast this ability costs an enormous amount of energy and is thus only used as a panic/save button under the most dire of consequences)

First Responder (First Responder increases the movement speed of an individual/object or Iowa herself by 200% their base speed, First Responder only effects ones physical ability to move fast so it is of no use to those with "normal" reflexes but the effects can be stacked on objects repeatedly to rapidly increase their speed)

Fury of America (Iowa is no longer restricted by energy requirements and can use all abilities for no cost)

Become Death (Iowa gains the entire combined strength of the U.S Military and her assets including most importantly its nuclear arsenal all at once, her Become Death ability not only allows her to expend said amount of fire but also replenish it just as fast as she expends it)

Miss America's strengths

Range (Iowa's greatest strength is her ability to engage most individuals far beyond their normal combat range, typical engagement rages between Iowa can normally range from 160 to 400 kilometers, the furthest Iowa can currently engage with maximum effective accuracy is 2,000 kilometers!)

Perception (Iowa has a telescopic like visual system allowing her to clearly see objects up to 400 kilometers with ease and up to 800 kilometers with extreme difficulty, however she not only has this "long ranged" vision but also several others such as echo location,thermal vision,radar and even means of perception through pheromones. All in all Iowa's perceptive vision expands around in a constant 360 degree field making most methods of stealth attacks useless)

Firepower (Having access to "Weapon Works" gives Iowa access to an innumerable amounts of assets at her command allowing her to match entire naval fleets easily but with the added benefit of being able to deploy and move this fire power faster than "normally" possible)

Weapon Evolution (An interesting feature about the "Weapon Works" pocket dimension is that not only does it allow Iowa to create existing weapons but also create non-existing ones of custom design or improve the ones already present to a significant extent which ensures that Iowa's weapons will never be completely obsolete against a unique foe, just temporarily obsolete)

Immortality (While Iowa's physical form can be destroyed she can't be "killed" so simply as she'll simply reconstitute back in the United States, in order to "kill" Iowa one must find all 51 Tulpa symbols hidden in America and destroy them which will in essence destroy the anchors of thought energy keeping her alive)

Miss America's weaknesses

Schizophrenia (Miss America is an aggregate of psionic energy based on the combined mental thoughts of millions of people, the combined confliction and hate against unity and love Americans have with each other means that Miss America is prone to violent mood swings based on the general mood of the entire population. This results in Iowa's personality and focus being inconsistent at times and could result in significant drops of combat effectiveness)

POTUS (Iowa is under complete obedience over whoever is POTUS and what ever He/She says the Tulpa must obey)

Energy (All of Iowa's action based abilities with the exception of a few require "energy", this energy is Iowa's "psionic" energy and essentially holds her physical form into the real world and every time she creates something she uses that same "psionic" energy to make it happen, most of her abilities put a small drain on her constant psionic energy out put mean while others can drain it faster then she can replenish. This means the longer a foe lasts against her the worst it is for Iowa)

They say Tulpa is a concept in mysticism of a being or object which is created through sheer spiritual or mental discipline alone, well guess its true now.

Now ironically I'm not really at liberty to say all the details at least right now, but I won't leave you hanging their my fellow Americans. It all started back when the previous president Clara Mass was succeeded after a meta-human attack in NYC, General ******* instated a mysticism based project looking for a new erm "Weapon" of sorts to defend the citizens of the United States.

Since technology wasn't doing so well he decided "Why the f**k not?" and initiated the Tulpa Project, it was a nation wide experiment but technically the actual resources for it to succeed were very little however what really mattered was the range as he needed to collect a 'thought' energy from across every state to create me...The American Tulpa, for a quick summary and for those who are confused I'm basically America personified .
