That's excellent, I love her facial expression in the bathtub suicide one.

Thanks mat, will do :)

I hate to critique someone's work especially when I can barely draw a stick figure. Since you asked I would go back and work on the face of the one with her in the tub. Other than that great job.

Thank you for you feedback, but I'm just curious, I kind of liked how that expression came out, I think it's the thing that is really different from the other submission I've seen, and I guess I like that. What would you change on it. I really appreciate your critique friend :)

Awesome!

Thanks a lot!

@joygirl

I like it!

Glad you do :)

SWEET!

Thanks a lot

Cool. I've seen many cool ones over at Deviantart, cool to see artists different views on the same assignment.

I agree, that's one of the cool things about this contests haha

1) hahaha doubt that, but thanks a lot friend

2) thanks again :)

3) Well,Practice is the main thing, the most important. But I do have some more advises like trying to do some live-drawing, drawing stuff you see, drawing yourself in the mirror. Observing A LOT human anatomy. Practice! Taking an art course will help for sure. I graduated in Design, and it helped me to grow as an artist, even though it is mainly computer classes, but I learned with some artists I found in the way, all experience is part of the learning process!Practice! Try to do as much sequential work as you can. Oh did I mention practice? ;)

4) Sure, mostly for buildings and perspective purposes.

1) I was being honest, the only artist i liked was Mike Deodato Jr, and you've defo surpassed him.

2) You're welcome :D

3) I'm terrible at observational drawings, especially the human anatomy. Guess i better go and find an Art class, im currently at college but im not studying art at all, so i have to find a private class. :( Guess practice makes perfect.

4) what about human anatomy?

5) you should make more and upload them, maybe you might think about making a tutorial one day? ;)

4) I use skeleton guidelines and basic shapes for sketching the figures yes, most times with a harder pencil before I get to the clean final pencils .

5) I´ll try, you can see some stuff on my blog like sketches and evolution gifs like:

Hey man, that´s one of the best comments I could have :D I wish someone at Marvel would read that hahaha thanks a lot :)

Wow, really fantastic stuff here! Particularly the coloring and the inking.

Out of curiosity, what sort of inks do you use? Classic india ink or pens of some sort?

In this case the inking was all done digitally. Used Photoshop, and a Wacom tablet. Thanks for your words dude!

Freaking amazing. I have always liked to doodle and I fantasize about drawing comics but it is a grind. I think it's the repetition (?). Anyways: I am working on one now and the art to me is the most unpleasant part. Kudos!

Thank you so much for the kind words!
