My Top 10 Comic Book Characters That Started Off On A TV Show.

Ten tv show characters that have made their way onto comic book pages...

List items

  • Buffy is first because she's Buffy and she's proved countless times that she shouldn't be messed with...

  • Angel is second, because he was the one vampire on Buffy that meant something to Buffy for a while, sure it didn't last but he and Buffy were like Batman and Robin even when they were around The Scoobies...

  • Faith is complicated. When Buffy died for the 2nd time, Faith learned she was a slayer, one who hunts the-blah blah blah. Faith finally felt special, someone that deserved attention because of the things she could do. She's often calm and collected on the outside but crying in a corner on the inside because of the things she's done for attention. Faith has burned more bridges than she can repair but by the end of the Buffy series, she becomes a worthy member of the Scoobies Gang.

  • Okay, Chloe is third because she was Clark Kent's best friend in smallville throughout the whole series. I mean, she's also Clark's version of Oracle, and the TV version of Dr. Fate.

  • Willow is the most powerful witch I have ever learned of, someone is going to tell me about some stupid anime character who's more powerful, but I don't care. To me Willow has the powers of a goddess and after she deals with it she's so humble about it.

  • Xander. What can I say about the character that I relate to more than any other superhero? The guy that gets left behind once his friends get what they need to survive. The outcast that his friends still love because he's got a good heart. The guy that steps up and pretty much becomes Buffy's version of Nick Fury during the apocalypse. There's nothing to say, is there?

  • Spike is one of the most ruthless Vampires I've seen in a modern day setting. He started out as a dangerous adversary for Buffy but when life get's tough...he pretty much gives up, but what's interesting enough, is that he falls for The Slayer the one person he is supposed to hate by design. And when he fell for her, he was madly in love so in love that he made a deal with the devil so he could be a better man for her. This guy and Faith have the best character development.

  • Oz is fighting a fight he can't win, lycanthropy. It's a disgusting disease, it really is but this light-hearted musician was Willow's first boyfriend and he soon found out he was a werewolf. Oz becomes Joss Whedon's supernatural take on Bruce Banner as he travels the world so he can find out how to get rid of this monster inside of him. When he fails to reject it, he needs to own it, and he does it in a marvelous way.

  • Scott McCall. I'm positive you haven't heard of this guy. This Lycanthropy and angst ridden teenager has somehow become MTV's version of Peter Parker/Spider-Man. He owns his inner wolf in a badass way.

  • Dawn is Buffy's little sister that no one actually remembers, but somehow we find out she is a form of energy that is disguised as something Buffy will need to protect forever. She is also the female version of Xander, Dawn knows she's supposed be a powerful being because of her background but she isn't and she doesn't care she's still Buffy's second in command and she can kick some serious ass when she wants.
