The Uncanny X-Men are a superhero team of mutants that were founded by fellow mutant Professor Charles Xavier. They are dedicated to helping fellow mutants and sworn to protect a world that fears and hates them.

  • Xarus is the third son of Dracula . He is brother to Janus and half-brother to Lilith and Vlad Tepulus.He is currently in a relationship with Alyssa, the leader of Siren Sect an entire group of female vampires.

  • Madame Hydra, formerly known as Viper, is the terrorist leader of HYDRA and an enemy of Captain America, Nick Fury and Wolverine among many others. While she is not the ruler of Madripoor, she did - or does - own it.

  • A clan of ninjas who followed Fu Manchu, then later Kingpin.

  • Man-Thing is a large semi-intelligent creature that dwells in the Florida Everglades. He is the sole guardian of the Nexus of All Realities located there.

  • Red-Bone was a member of the Satan's Saints. He was defeated when Jean Grey telekinetically caused a collision.

  • Rocky Rhodes is the leader of Satan's Saints a motorcycle gang. Rocky's motorcycle gang hounded the X-Men while they were off-duty at Bobby Drake's (Iceman) surprise party.

  • The Shockwave Riders are given a task to claim the Phoenix and come into conflict with the X-Men in Venice. A Shockwave Rider unleashes a psi-shark at Jean Grey and it begins to attack her mind and consume some of her memories.

  • K'Tor is the Shi'ar Vice-Chancellor. He sicked Korvus after the X-Men.

  • Monstra is a member of the Imperial Guard. She uses her super strength, and four arms, to fight for the Sh'iar and seems to exhibit limited intelligence.

  • Hussar is a member of the Imperial Guard and her duty is to protect and defend the ruler and the Shi'ar galactic empire. She defends herself with a whip that can channel a bioelectric shock.

  • Manta is a long-standing member of the Imperial Guard, currently serving under Gladiator, the ruler of the Shi'ar empire. She perceives her environment through infrared vision, and can generate blasts of intense light, heat, and concussive force from her wings, which also allow her to fly.

  • Oracle is a long serving member of the Imperial Guard of the Shi'ar Throne. She has been both a friend and foe to the various heroes of Earth.

  • A member of the Imperial Guard, Earthquake can psionically cause earthquakes and tremors in land.

  • Magique is a founding member of the the Shi'ar Imperial Guard. She is a sorceress whose primary ability is the creation of intricate and convincing sensory illusions.

  • B'nee and C'cil are two armored aliens connected in a symbiotic relationship, known together as Warstar. Warstar was a prominent member of the Shi'ar Imperial Guard until being killed by Nova in the War of Kings.

  • Fang is an alien member of the Shi'ar Imperal Guard. He is mostly known for having his costume taken by Wolverine, whom used it for some time.

  • A member of the Genoshan Press Gang who can neutralize mutant or other superhuman powers at will.

  • Matthew Risman is the leader of the Purifiers, an extremist cult which seeks the eradication of all mutants. He is the successor of the late William Stryker, who founded the Purifiers.

  • Unit is a highly-intelligent android who uses manipulation and technological supremacy to further his agenda.

  • A sadistic and invulnerable operative created by the same group that made X-23 for the purpose of keeping her in line and punishing her when she failed.

  • Baroness Krieg is a villain who has found a way to control the powers of some of the X-Men. She plans to use her psychic abilities to start a war between India and China and grab power once the two countries have weakened each other.

  • The M.R.D. (Mutant Response Division) are a militant unit that hunt down mutants.

  • Born into an urban squalor, the mutant Beast banded himself together with similar street kids. As urban guerillas, these kids enjoy tagging themselves with the names of the X-Men they idolized. His group is called the Natpuppets. He was stripped from his reality into another reality where he joined the Brotherhood of Mutants lead by a bitter Cyclops and attacked the X-Men.

  • One of the future Sentinels brought to Earth-616 by Trevor Fitzroy of Earth-1191 that he ordered to kill the Reavers and Donald Pierce. Damaged and deactivated, an accident in Donald Pierce's lab caused it to gain its own sentience.

  • Senator Robert Kelly was a member of the United States Senate, where he supported the Mutant Registration Act. Despite his beliefs, the X-men have saved him on numerous occasions, and he has since had a changed of heart regarding Mutants.

  • He is the founder of X-men 2099.

  • The wife of Bolivar Trask.

  • An abusive priest who raised Wolfsbane, later revealed to be her biological father. He lives somewhere near Muir Island, Scotland.

  • Norman Osborn's own personal team of X-Men assembled during his dark reign.

  • During the events of Maximum Security, the D'Bari, now wearing powerful armor and calling himself Starhammer, joined a few expatriate Imperial Guardsmen (and Borderers) in ambushing the X-Men. Starhammer confronted Phoenix (Jean Grey), recognizing her as being different than the Phoenix Force which had destroyed his planet, but blaming her nonetheless as she had summoned the Phoenix Force and her personality had shaped its form as Phoenix. Resisting her power, Starhammer tossed Jean to the ground and prepared to kill her. However, in desperation, she managed to pierce his shields, reach his mind, and deceive him into thinking he had succeeded in killing her. His vengeance seemingly achieved, he dropped to the ground, overwhelmed by the shock. The X-Men planned to remove and destroy the Starhammer armor (Uncanny X-Men#387).

  • Years later, sensing the Foursaken's pending return, Braddock attempted to warn the X-Men, including his sister, Psylocke (Elizabeth Braddock), whom he had rendered resistant to reality manipulators months before, but the Foursaken teleported him away before he could elaborate. When Nightcrawler (Kurt Wagner) teleported his teammates to investigate, Jamie diverted them to Central Park, where Calthrop, Horrocks and Synge channeled Jamie's power, as well as stolen human souls, in a ritual to bring the First Fallen completely into the Earth dimension sans host body. Psylocke disrupted the ritual, returning the stolen souls, but the partially materialized First Fallen pulled both X-Men and Foursaken into the Singing City, where their powers and weapons were rendered ineffective. The Fallen claimed to offer the City's peace to humanity, but Psylocke realized the offer extended only to the Foursaken and would leave humanity completely inert. Immune to the Fallen's power, Psylocke used her psi-sword to drive him from his host body, also restoring both groups' powers and awakening the alien Foursakens to the Fallen's true nature. The host body begged for death to escape renewed control, and Horrocks killed him. The Fallen then manifested as human-shaped energy, apparently killing Horrocks. Braddock returned Calthrop, Synge and the X-Men to Earth; he remained behind to battle the First Fallen (Uncanny X-Men #474).

  • Rock Python is a member of the Serpent Society who uses trick eggs to complement his rock-hard skin. He recently tried to turn his life around and tries to become a better man.

  • One of the sewer dwelling Morlocks.

  • An elite group of the Brood. They are the actual offspring of the Brood Empress and have no host bodies. The Firstborn operate as the Brood Empress' personal assassins and are fanatically devoted to her.

  • The Brood Empress maintains constant psychic links with all Brood members throughout the universe, controlling their actions and maintaining their loyalty to her. She is the top of the Brood hierarchy.

  • Best friends with Titania, ex-girlfriend of Molecule Man ... this fiery female has been both hero and villain throughout her career.

  • A powerful cosmic entity, an immortal being representing all current and future life. It has, at times, chosen a host to live within, granting the vessel outstanding power. It has the power to create or destroy. The Phoenix has had various hosts, but the most well known and frequent host is the mortal mutant Jean Grey.

  • The Sidri, also known as Sidrian Hunters, are a hive minded techno-organic alien race and adversaries of the X-Men.

  • The master of the Crimson Dawn dimension after he took it from the last ruler, Proctor Tar.

  • A stange alien whom guarded the Crimson Dawn dimension.

  • A mysterious Demon that took over Wolverine's body while his soul is in Hell.

  • Henry Peter Gyrich, an ambitious politician, has often been a thorn in the side to the superhuman community. Afraid of that which is different, Gyrich has often hindered the effectiveness of superheroes and has been among the first to blame them for society's ills.

  • The super-strong mutant Beef, Buford Wilson, would be the second to the last mutant youth to be recruited into the original Hellions and the second to die at the hands of Fitzroy. Beef appeared only twice as part of the team before his death.

  • Jennifer Stavros, the Hellion with luck-related abilities. As Roulette, she was able to psionically generate discs of 'luck', good or bad, to alter events.

  • The Genoshan Press Gang's transportation

  • Once a member of the Externals before having his life drained by Selene.

  • The Skornn is an ancient evil demon. The monster was very well known throughout the universe, and its horrors were even known in the Shi'ar Empire.

  • Mountjoy is a renegade mutant from Bishop's time line.

  • Girlfriend of Jaime Braddock

  • A member of the Foursaken. He has electricity control.

  • As one of the "Foursaken," Godfrey was a mutant and one of Jamie Braddock's best friends. He had the power to control and animate machinery (technopathy).

  • A sword-wielding mutant, Silver Samurai has often tangled with Wolverine as the bodyguard of Viper, and later an occasional mercenary. He is the head of Clan Yashida, as Wolverine's ex-fiancee formerly was.

  • A former Nazi scientist, von Meyer's expertise in cosmic radiation allowed him to mutate a colony of bees, thus becoming Swarm. As Swarm, von Meyer's body is completely made of bees.

  • The "evil"-self of Charles Xavier.

  • Roger Fieldston is a mutant who can trigger the dormant or latent mutation of anyone he touches, transforming humans and mutants alike into monstrous creatures. His ability was eventually altered so as to allow him to reverse the transformations.

  • Following his expulsion from the Acolytes, Fabian Cortez traveled to Genosha, leading a mutate rebellion against the country's human population. The Unforgiven were Cortez' personal bodyguards. Following a defeat at the hands of the X-Men and Cotez' defeat at the hands of Exodus, the Unforgivnen alligned themselves with Exodus. The team hasn't been heard from since.

  • The Bacchae are loyal servants to Hippolyta and Hades.

  • Mary Purcell was a mutant who existed in a state of pure energy. She appears as green ghost woman.

  • Major Domo is the strange human assistant of Mojo, and one of the few beings aloud to question Mojo's decisions.

  • A mutant able to control her bone growth, providing her with armor, clubs, and knives. As a child, she was taken in by the Morlocks where she would form the terrorist group Gene Nation before joining the X-Men. Her allegiances have shifted frequently since then. She was de-powered after M-Day.

  • Fitzroy's lackey/slave.

  • The former White Queen of the Hellfire Club, Emma Frost is a powerful mutant telepath who can transform herself into organic diamond. She has become an eminent member among the X-Men. A gifted teacher, Emma is renowned for her beauty, wit, and revealing attire.

  • Voght, a former nurse and partner to Charles Xavier. She left Xavier after he began forming the X-Men and later joined Magneto's Acolytes.

  • When the X-Men came into conflict with the Shi'ar empire regarding the Phoenix entity, Gladiator battled them first at the command of Emperor D'Ken, and then at the behest of his successor, Empress Lilandra Neramani. Later, on Lilandra's orders, Gladiator returned to Earth and attacked the X-Men's home, but later learned that Lilandra was possessed by Cassandra Nova and freed her.
