  • Wolverine, Snowbird, Aurora and Shaman are sent on a mission to save the Governor General of Canada when she is held captive by Citadel and some of his soldiers inside the La Citadelle De Quebec. Wolverine engages with Citadel and realized he has adamantium skin. Citadel tells Wolverine that the Canadian Government grafted the synthetic metal onto him and his men and he was dubbed Weapon Y. However the adamantium was slowly poisoning him and Wolverine wanted to help him. Citadel was taken down from a neuro-taser before he could reveal any relevant information to Wolverine.

  • Cletus Kassady is a deranged and highly dangerous serial killer and long-time host to the Carnage symbiote.

  • Formerly a mutant known as the Arm who lost the root of his powers in a mission. He acted as a mentor to the X-Statix, but was actually the one who plotted their deaths.

  • A British Army colonel who was scarred by Wolverine. He has been improved by Mys-Tech technology and he uses a voice activated weapon known as "Clementine." which can change ammo type.

  • Member of Contingency. After being captured by Captain America, Ms Marvel and Wolverine he is incarcerated by SHIELD alongside teammates Shrike, Kite and Killdeer. Rapture being the only one to escape vowed to break them out.

  • Animal lover who built a hidden sanctuary on an island. He used advanced technology to teleport endangered animals to the island, until he was convinced by some heroes that it was the wrong way to save them.

  • Cookie Malone is a Canadian cook who lived in the same mining camp as a young Wolverine. He is featured in the Origin series.

  • Copycat was a mutant who possessed the ability to shape-shift as well as to copy any power from another individual after a period of physical contact.

  • Corvus Glaive is the merciless servant of the Mad Titan Thanos. The most loyal of the lieutenants in the Black Order, Corvus Glaive is the most favored by Thanos, having cruely betrayed his own people to achieve glory with Thanos. He is husband to fellow Black Order member Proxima Midnight.

  • Count Nefaria leads the Ani-Men to battle against members of the X-Men. Wolverine fought and beated Nefaria on several occasions.

  • Anton Vanko designed an armor controlled by electromagnetism. With its red covering, he named it the Crimson Dynamo. The Soviet government asked him to use his armor to serve them. On his first mission, he was sent to sabotage Stark Industries, but was convinced to stop by a young Anthony Stark.

  • Arnie Gunderson was Peter Parker's fourth grade classmates. At some point, Arnie developed mutant powers. Arnie gathered together several mutants called the Band of Baddies. With his team, Arnie, as Critical Mass, abducted a young mutant named Mary. Both Wolverine and Spider-Man went to rescue young Mary, whom Wolverine calls possibly the most powerful mutant. Critical Mass and his Band of Baddies forced Mary to aid them in repelling Spider-Man and Wolverine. She did, but the two quickly recovered and returned. One of the Band of Baddies threatened Mary at gunpoint and she unleashed her powers destroying the warehouse the villains were in, and supposedly killing them as well.

  • Crossbones is a ruthless mercenary who has operated as the right-hand man of the Red Skull, a member of the Skeleton Crew, the Serpent Squad and, surprisingly, the Thunderbolts.

  • Crotus is one of the demons from Limbo who served N'Astirh. He became more ambitious after his master's defeat, and attempted to succeed where N'Astirh's plans had failed.

  • Arthur Blackwood heeds the call of his ancestors and becomes the Crusader. He has fought numerous heroes including Thor, Wolverine, Luke Cage and Nate Gray.

  • Crux is a synthetic copy of the mutant known as Cristal Lemiuex, created by Cerebro. She was a member of Cerebro's X-Men.

  • In an attempt to fully return to life, Candra sought to drain the essences of the new Scarlet Spider and Wolverine, who she could sense had both been touched by death in some way, but the duo overcame her with some aid from rogue members of the Guild. After a fierce battle against Wolverine, Candra was stabbed in the head by Scarlet Spider and apparently died once again.

  • In battle Wolverine goes into a frenzy and slices off all of Cannon Foot's fingers. Cannon Foot keeps on fighting and proceeds to batter Wolverine with his powerful kicks. However, Wolverine kills Cannon Foot and tosses his severed foot onto the floor before he comes into conflict with Shadow Stalker.

  • When Wolverine seemingly goes on a rampage after having fallen under the influence of an alien, Cardiac is one of the many superheroes who attempts to stop him. Pairing with Solo does not help, as they are both swiftly defeated. Wolverine turns Cardiac's weapon on a nearby building. Cardiac is stunned and buried under several large chunks of masonry.

  • Hines worked for the scientists on the Weapon X project that reinforced Wolverine's bones with adamantium and tried to brainwash him into an obedient killing machine.

But Cyber was tested by the Dark Riders (actually, they were testing his adamantium skin). Genesis released mutant Death Watch Beetles upon Cyber, and they ate away Cyber's flesh, leaving behind his adamantium skin which Genesis tries to bond into Wolverine's bones.

  • Daken, also known as Akihiro, was Wolverine's son from a brief marriage during World War II. After his mother was killed by The Winter Soldier in one of his earliest missions, he was rescued by the mysterious manipulator Romulus and placed in the care of average parents. Akihiro suffered much ridicule from others in his village, who called him "Daken," which means "mongrel," a nickname derived from his mixed heritage. When his adoptive mother became pregnant, Akihiro, now fully owning the name Daken, slew her son, and accidentally killed her as well; leading his adoptive father to commit suicide. Daken was then taken in by Romulus, who eventually led him on a quest to find his father and get revenge. Daken also spent a brief period as the first of Norman Osborn's counterfeit Wolverines in his Dark Avengers team until the events of Siege, when he left Osborn's employ and formed a new Brotherhood of Mutants. During his iteration of the Brotherhood's conflict with X-Force, Wolverine drowned his son, ending his life and the chances of reconciling their relationship.

  • The Dark Riders captured Cyber so that Genesis could strip his adamantium in his plan to make Wolverine his first Horseman. Deadbolt was slain by Wolverine after he rejected the adamantium and regressed to a feral state. His disembodied head was then used to lure Gauntlet into Wolverine's grasp.

Brandishing scars on his face from Wolverine’s first emergence of his claws, Dog Logan re-emerged in modern times continuing his pursuit of his one-time childhood friend. He’s traveled through time to take down Wolverine, most recently coming up upon him shortly after the emergence of the Jean Grey School. At one point Dog even met a future version of himself that only encouraged him more to hunt down Wolverine.

  • The status of Domina and her seclusive Warclan are unknown since the catastrophic repercussions and consequences of the "Wild Sentinels" attack on the mutant island Genosha through the machinations of the genocidal Mummudrai now called Cassandra Nova who unleashed her merciless machines...killing over six million mutant inhabitants. It is presumed that Domina died in the destruction...

  • Donald Trask III was Bolivar Trask's nephew . He was able to control the Wild Sentinels. He sent them to capture Cyclops , Ugly John and Wolverine. Cassandra Nova spent eight hours "copying" his DNA before killing him.

  • Doombringer is an enemy of Wolverine and the Silver Samurai. It is an extra-dimensional beast, summoned to Earth to destroy it.

  • Dr. Malheur was an employee of Dai-Kumo. He designed the chemical drugs known as "Zap" and "Thunderbolt". He was later confronted with Wolverine who was investigating the local drug cartel. Malheur tried to kill his assailant but instead fell into a chemical vat, dying instantly.

  • Algernon Rottwell was a twisted man from a very young age. He went from trying to creating zombies out of dead cats, to becoming a psychopathic murderer. This led him to the Dunwich Sanatorium, an asylum for the insane where it was that the doctors diagnosed him as "incurable." Soon after, Rottwell caused a riot, and used the ensuing chaos as a cover to take control of Dunwich. Many of the doctors and nurses were killed during the riot, and so Rottwell had some of the patients become the new staff, leaving him unopposed to stand as Doctor Rottwell. However, he soon earned the nickname, "Doctor Rot."

  • Wolverine killed his father, Dale Sutter. As part of his revenge, he tortured Wolverine's clone, X-23.

  • One of Nefaria's Ani-Men, originally just a costumed crook who was later mutated into a permanent form. Can mesmerize others into immobility with the hum from her wings.

  • Dragonhead, Seven and Eleven were Yakuza assassins targeting Wolverine. They took the performance drug "Thunderbolt" which granted them super-strength and suppressed their fear and pain. However they were aware that the drug was lethal. Their plan was simple. Seven and Eleven impaled themselves on the claws of their target, using their weight to trap them under them. Meanwhile Dragonhead was attempting to decapitate the target. The plan did not work.

  • Dreadlox is a villain who first appeared in 1993's Marvel comic Secret Defenders in which she battled both Spiderwoman and Wolverine. She has the ability to exploit the deepest phobias of her opponents by manifesting those fears via powerful illusions.

  • A senator who was involved with backing the original Weapon X project. He was later murdered by a brainwashed Wolverine.

  • A member of the Imperial Guard, Earthquake can psionically cause earthquakes and tremors in land.

  • Eddie Brock bonded to the alien symbiote after it was discarded by Spider-Man, becoming the first Venom. Brock was later Anti-Venom, but the symbiote was lost during Spider-Island. He has recently been forcibly bonded to the Toxin symbiote by the Crime Master.

  • In Greek mythology, Eris is the Goddess of Chaos and Discord. She usually exerts her powers by means of a Golden Apple.

  • Edifice Rex is the Cosmically Anal-Retentive being who's motto is to Clean, Repair and Restore. Can use his Anal-Awareness to predict disasters.

  • Egghead is a loathsome scientist who quickly became a nemesis to Hank Pym.

  • Ego is an intelligent, living planet that is millions of years old and devours anything in its path.

  • Member of Department-H that was killed by Wolverine when he was guarding the Weapon-X facility.

  • Pagon is a Skrull who arrived on Earth and impersonated the assassin known as Elektra for a time. Pagon led The Hand and sowed anarchy and distrust to pave the way for the Skrull invasion of the planet.

  • One of Emma Frost's students who died on Genosha, Frost clung on to Ellie Phimister's body until she was rescued. She created a telepathic construct of her known as the Negasonic Teenage Warhead during an assault on the X-Men. Phimister was later resurrected by Eli Bard & sacrificed to Selene.

  • A member of the Hulk Gang involved with killing Logan's family. He took Jade's doll after he killed her. Logan had his revenge by killing Elrod.

  • Originally an android bomb developed by Donald Pierce to destroy Wolverine, Elsie-Dee and her partner Albert were instead able to overcome their programming and became Wolverine's allies. She and Albert are currently still traveling throughout the world and time in search of adventure.

  • Hyperion's greatest foe on Earth-712, being a mixture between Doctor Doom and Lex Luthor. On Earth-31916, he is a member of the Squadron Supreme whose only power is his incredible intellect, and has some villainous habits off and on.

  • Emmy blamed Wolverine for his role in her father's death during a battle involving the Hunter in Darkness.

  • Empath is a mutant with the power to manipulate other people's emotions which he has used for both helping and opposing the New Mutants and the X-Men. Empath was a member of the first group of Hellions at the Massachusetts Academy, is one of the few surviving original students of Emma Frost and has had a long and strained relationship with the X-Men's Magma.

  • Emplate, a vampire-like mutant who can take on the abilities of those he feeds upon as well as control their minds. Emplate was the main villain of Generation X.

  • Epsilon Red was a Super Soldier created by the same program as Omega Red. He was designed during the Space Race, as a way for Russia to reach the moon first. He is also the father of Elena Ivanova. Wolverine was having nightmares about "Terry Adams", and had asked Professor Xavier to help him in finding out who Terry Adams was. Xavier tapped into Wolverine's mind, trying to overcome the barriers. It was somewhat unsuccessful, however they eventually made some leeway when Wraith discovered that Terry Adams was actually a Russian Space Center called Tyuratam. Wolverine encountered Epsilon Red, a Super Soldier very much like Omega Red. Epsilon Red's daughter removed Wolverine's memory implants so he can remember everything.

  • Wolverine came across Amphibius, Barbarus, Equilibrius, and a group of barbarians with two captives of the Fall People, and trailed them back to their headquarters. They sought to kill the captives, but Wolverine attacked them. Barbarus held Wolverine while Amphibius prepared to strike with a stick and Equilibrius sent waves of vertigo at him. Still, Wolverine swiftly defeated all three.

    As Amphibius, Barbarus, and Equilibrius watched, Sauron and Wolverine savagely battled over a chasm of fire. Wolverine was knocked deep into the pit and buried in rubble (some thrown down by the Mutates) and a stampede of dinosaurs. Wolverine managed to use the dinosaurs to climb out of the chasm just as Rogue rushed in to aid him, both frightening the Mutates. Thinking the X-Men might aid him, Sauron ordered the Mutates to stand down.

  • Davan was a member of the Shiar Empire and protected their leader with his life.
