The lethal scarlet assassin. Daredevil's most fearsome enemy as well as his former lover and most renowned as being the greatest assassin in the world who wields a pair of bladed sai as her trademark weapons.

  • Alarich Wallenquist was chased by Elektra Natchios to execute him for crimes committed in Europe.

  • US ambassador, friend of Carlos Huevos from South America, got killed by Elektra after being taken under mind control by the Hand.

  • When Daredevil and Elektra both saw the American Samurai fighting a local gang of thugs, they read some information about him. Wanting to stop the Samurai from killing any more people, they sought him out by disguising themselves as members of the Clowns. The Samurai was stunned that the Clowns still "existed", fought the both Murdock and Elektra but when he realized he was outnumbered, the Samurai fled. Daredevil and Elektra followed the Samurai to his apartment, but when he noticed their appearance he teleported away. The Samurai teleported to the Sing-Sing Penitentiary, where he let out all of its prisoners but only to kill them. When Elektra and Daredevil eventually located the Samurai, he was defeated and begged to perform "seppuku". The two heroes let him. The Samurai wrote the Sacred Koan on a piece of paper, which apparently helped him to commit suicide. Unsure what just happened, Elektra later burned the paper the Koan was written upon, and she and Daredevil left.

  • When The Assassins Guild hired the Serpent Society to hunt down Elektra, Matchmaker, Cape Crow and Kento Roe, The Serpents concentrated their attacks on Elektra to lure the others to Cape Crow's hideout where Lady Bullseye was already waiting to slay him. Anaconda got her gut cut open by Elektra.

  • Elektra and insane cyborg Arthur Perry battled during S.H.I.E.L.D. operation. Elektra cut off Perry's hand and then impaled him, but she was knocked to the ground by the electric shock he then released into her through it. Perry then grabbed Elektra and began to bend her spine, but she managed to grab his head. She stabbed her fingers up through his neck, through the tubes, and into his soft brain, which she crushed, slaying the cyborg super-agent.

  • Baba Yaga once hired Elektra Natchios to acquire several mystically powerful objects, which she could use to bring her back to full strength. However after Baba Yaga kidnapped Zeus and littel children, Electra and Hercules tried to stop Baba Yaga and thwart her plans. In the end Elektra stabbed Baba Yaga from behind with a sai. Injured Baba Yaga then was decapitated by Hercules with the Sword of Peleus. Her body dissolved into mystic, green flames. Afterward Elektra and Hercules released the children and Zeus from their cages. Hercules led Zeus to the mystic energies that had been stolen by Baba Yaga. Zeus absorbed the energies to empower himself once again.

  • Urich once investigated Wilson Fisk, a businessman who was secretly the Kingpin, the head of the New York mafia. Urich was warned by the Kingpin's enforcer, Elektra to stop his investigation. When Urich continued on, she impaled the reporter and left him for dead.

  • During The Assassins Guild attack, Black Mamba used her powers on Elektra, who bit her in the nose to break Mamba's concentration. Matchmaker then knocked Black Mamba out with one punch.

  • Kingpin once sent Elektra to take down the Black Cat, when she stole a priceless tablet that Kingpin was going to use on his comatose wife. During the battle Elektra was thrown off a window by Black Cat and landed on a police car. When Black Cat threw tablet into the harbor, Elektra threw one of her sai into the Black Cat's chest, injuring her.

  • Bloody Lips is a mysterious psychopathic serial killer, who cannibalizes people and in turn gains access to all their powers, skills and memories. During his next hunt, Bloody Lips encountered Elektra, Lady Bullseye and Scalphunter on Monster Island. After getting a "taste" from the latters he changed his goals and set out to gain Elektra's memories. He gained what he wanted in the Arctic, but the sudden influx of suffering from Elektra's blood overloaded him and she left him to die in a polar crevice.

  • In an attempt to draw out Daredevil, and to become Kingpin's assassin again, psychopathic Bullseye stabbed Elektra with her own sai. They have had several other confrontations afterwards. In all incarnations of the two seen together, Bullseye is shown to be attracted to his beautiful victim.

  • Bushwacker is a mercenary and assassin with arms that can morph into a variety of projectile weapons. Working for the Marauders, he would kill mutants for money. His activities brought him into routine conflict with Wolverine, Daredevil and the Punisher. Subsequent jobs brought him into conflict with Nomad, the Punisher, Boomerang, and Elektra.

  • During the invasion of New York City by Thanos's army, Carmen Nobili, his brother and father confronted the Punisher and other members of the Thunderbolts (Venom, Elektra, Red Hulk, Deadpool).

Sidewinder ordered Death Adder to go after Kento, but Elektra defended the boy from him, stabbing Death Adder in the thigh with her sai and knocking him unconscious. Elektra followed her allies to Cape Crow's hideout after after all Serpents were defeated.

  • Pagon is a Skrull who arrived on Earth and impersonated the assassin known as Elektra for a time. Pagon led The Hand and sowed anarchy and distrust to pave the way for the Skrull invasion of the planet.

  • Son of his predecessor, Enteki accompanied Doka and Feruze to ambush Elektra at the Chaste's mountain stronghold, but he was slain by her instead.

Before he could give her the "cement overshoes" treatment he enjoyed, however, Daredevil entered the scene, took over and destroyed the plane and defeated Slaughter's men while Slaughter himself escaped. Daredevil captured Wallenquist and released Elektra, however.

  • Erynys was created out of Elektra's dark essence and thoughts through a ritual performed by the Snakeroot, an organization associated with the Hand. As a result, she knew each of Elektra's own moves and carried the same memories, but was more mercilessly violent and hateful. The Snakeroot used her to hunt down Daredevil and destroy him, unaware that the true Elektra had returned. In a battle between the two, Erynys was fatally wounded and reabsorbed back into Elektra, making her "whole" again.

His back and/or legs were crushed when Elektra posed as Osaku to get him to lower his guard and then crashed a truck into him.

  • General Awa was Kata Jaya's insane dictator. He committed suicide when the Thunderbolts (Venom, Elektra, Red Hulk, Punisher and Deadpool) overthrew his regime.

  • By magical force, members of the Snakeroot resurrected Ghost-Maker after his death, telling him that that he had been given a second chance and he would have to take the lives of Daredevil and Elektra. He found Daredevil soon after and began to fight him. Elektra joined the fight, but Ghost-Maker used his jetpack to fly away. He watched them from a distance, but was suddenly surprised by the arrival of his old enemy Shang-Chi. But before Shang-Chi could defeat his old enemy, Ghost-Maker blew up a grenade, seemingly killing himself; but he reformed. He was met by a member of Snakeroot who ordered him to take care of the business with Elektra and Daredevil, and he again began to fight the two. Suddenly, Shang-Chi joined the fight, and the three of them managed to defeat the enemy. Elektra used a Sai to "kill" Ghost-Maker again.

  • During the Blackhawk incident, Gorgon attacked Elektra and threw off her mental blocks, enabling him to read her thoughts and see where Fury was being treated for his injuries (he also discovered that the Vatican also hired her, to kill him). Gorgon teleported, with Elektra, to kill Fury. When they arrived, Elektra ordered the S.H.I.E.L.D. soldiers to attack. Gorgon used his power on her neck and she collapsed.

He survived impalement by his nemesis Elektra and continued to pursue the female assassin after a short recuperation. Elektra next decapitated Kirigi and this seemed to end or severely curtail his existence. However, Kirgi's head and body were reattached and reanimated by the Hand and he returned to attack Daredevil and his allies. This time his body was destroyed by fire which appeared to end his life again. After he fell, agents of Stick destroyed his body.

  • The Hand performed a mystical rite and sacrificed four of their own to resurrect Kuroyama. Kuroyama broke into Elektra's apartment, restrained her ward Nina McCabe, and set a fire to attract Elektra's attention. When Elektra returned home he told her she was in debt to the Hand, and she would eventually pay that debt by dying at his hands. He defeated Elektra in combat, then forced her to watch as he ripped out Nina McCabe's heart. The Hand resurrected Nina McCabe, and Kuroyama was present to explain to Nina what had just happened to her. After a clash between Nina and Elektra in the penthouse office of Babylon Towers Construction and Demolition Corporation, Kuroyama arrived with a group of Hand assassins. They told Elektra they planned to kill her, replace one of her hands with the Demon-Fist of Oni-Shima, then resurrect her once more. This process would supposedly make Elektra undyingly loyal to them. When Kuroyama tried to pitch Elektra out a window, Nina pushed him, and he was the one who took the fall. Elektra led Nina to the Chaste's mountain stronghold in hopes of redeeming Nina's soul. After Elektra left Nina helped Kuroyama and the Hand gain entry to the Chaste's stronghold. Kuroyama slaughtered most of the Chaste's acolytes. Kuroyama and Nina returned to Elektra's apartment. They told her that they didn't need to directly engage her in battle, since they had turned the entire city of New York against her by framing her for a series of murders that Nina committed. They had already alerted to the NYPD to her whereabouts, and when the police arrived they sped off on their motorcycles.

  • When Elektra joined the new Heroes for Hire, her first mission was to assassinate Bernard Waterman/Kurod Ormaon, a biochemist and drug trafficker that had been importing Atlantean drugs.

  • Lady Bullseye, along with various other assassins, is hired by the Guild of Assassins to kill Cape Crow, a retired assassin. She clashes with Elektra, who is trying to protect him, and Elektra defeats her after a close fight. Left for dead, Lady Bullseye is then captured by Bloody Lips, another assassin, who is able to absorb people's abilities by eating parts of them. He eats part of Lady Bullseye and absorbs her abilities. He brings her along in his ship as he follows Elektra to the Arctic. Elektra defeats Blood Lips and Lady Bullseye escapes from the ship into the cold of the Arctic. At death's door from her fight with Elektra, being partially eaten by Bloody Lips, and being in the Arctic with no cold weather gear, she calls on the Guild of Assassins to rescue her. They bring her back to their base and heal her, but since she has no money, she agrees to pay by allowing them to inject her with an experimental treatment that gives her new powers. Now able to turn into gaseous form, she once again confronts Elektra, but Elektra is able to trick her into turning solid and seemingly kills her.

Lyle continued on as a professional basketball player, and the Hand groomed him for a position of political power. Elektra was directed to visit Moonshine's by an agent of the Hand, where she learned about Buddy and Lyle, and she was hired to assassinate Carlo Sapporito by Jackie Sure-Shot (whom she later learned was Takashi). After Elektra killed Sapporito, Buddy's ghost told Elektra that the Hand intended to resurrect their lost spirits within the body of Lyle, casting away his soul in the process. Elektra learned that Sapporito was a professor of Asian studies who had spoken out against the Hand. She similarly learned that the Hand had masterminded the assassination of Democratic Congressional hopeful Marty Diggs...leaving the spot open for Lyle. Lyle gave an interview, announcing his plans to run for congress. On another television spot, Lyle continued to discuss his plans for congress. Buddy sent his trumpet to Elektra, who gave it to Lyle as a gift, who fled along with Takashi. Takashi instructed Lyle to be prepared for the meeting the next night when he achieved the potential for which the Hand had been grooming him. Takashi mesmerized Lyle and summoned the spirits of the Hand who had been trapped in Limbo. Elektra arrived to stop the process and she fought Lyle, pushing him onto a jagged piece of concrete, impaling his chest. The spirits of the Hand filled his dying body, which proved unable to contain so many souls, and instead began to transform into an Earthly incarnation of the Beast. However, before the transformation was complete, Elektra decapitated Crawford, banishing the Beast and the spirits of the Hand.

Purple Man escaped in fear as Elektra helped Shroud recover. Shroud was amazed that Elektra was able to withstand and prove resistant to Purple Man's pheromones, as she maked a off hand remark that she simply held her breath.

Shatterhead stopped Elektra cold with his neural spike, but chose to flee rather than kill her because he thought she was attractive. Shatterhead was waiting in Blacklash's hotel room, hoping to bushwhack his competition. Instead Blacklash's wife Trudi Scarlotti arrived at the hotel, and Shatterhead tortured and murdered her. Another battle of assassins took place in New York's subway system, and Shatterhead was fighting Elektra when Blacklash appeared. Blacklash knew what Shatterhead did to his wife, so he showed no mercy, snapping Shatterhead's neck with his whip, instantly killing him.

Sidewinder teleported Elektra to New Orleans where she was ambushed by Jack O'Lantern, Whiplash and Tiger Shark. Sidewinder fled with his Assassins Guild contact, but Elektra followed them and slew everyone except Sidewinder, who promised to retire again if she let him live.
