"The 'Mega' only makes it even more legit."
You see that pretty mass of muscle? That's me, Mega-Man, intergalactic hero, cover of Aliens magazine and occasionally stand-up comedian. Never heard of me? You probably need to clean your ears more often, then, as my fame precedes me, I am a blazing supernova amidst a galaxy of tiny, dwindling stars, a raging tsunami in the calm seas of heroism. Clear your eyes, you're about to witness greatness.
You still doubt me?
I will let you know I have once single-handedly juggled three planets while clashing against an army who's main objective was to conquer the galaxy. Indeed, it was but a project funded by Limbstarter (they had to change their name for racial matters) and the planets were no bigger than your average tennis ball, yet I, the Majestic Macrocosmic Macroeconomic Magnanimous Macho Mega-Man halted their misdeeds before they ever took shape.

A Tale of Mystery, Tragedy and Action! Mega-Man™, an origin story!
Omnidia is a quaint planet, its extensive lands hold a plethora of astonishing scenarios, from towering mountains to pacific plains, from monumental cities to harmonic villages, gargantuan storms trouble certain areas whilst others suffer from lack of water. A wondrous planet, brimming with haphazard ambients and manifold inhabitants. It's fauna ranks amongs the most quaint of it's entire galaxy, attracting eccentric presences from all over the universe to witness the uniqueness of this grandious planet. The Omninoids, its only sentient species, are a peculiar race, distinguishable by their entirely random traits and well-nigh dissimilar appearances, the sole aspect you can clearly identify on all of them is how all are the only bipedal species in the planet that can communicate.
Our tale begins with a petite blob who barely had any environment to adapt to. Offspring to an orthodox family in one of the many cities dispersed throughout Omnidia, he was the son of a peaceful park ranger and an amazing doctor. Nevertheless, his parents' jobs required an always vigilant eye to ascertain no flaws would have been left behind. They had to be always ready for at anytime their communication devices would ring and thus they would leave behind their family of three children. Sploorg was the middle brother.
Upon meeting with a friend who's father was a well-known space-adventurer, Sploorg's desire to know more of the galaxies encompassing his enormous world ignited for the first time. No matter how many times his parents pleaded him to reconsider his career choice, he could never go back on his word, it was a promise of a man. It didn't quite aid their cause that he had been an addict to comicbooks from the very beginning. However, this was not where it all begun, as it only resulted on himself being grounded for weeks.
Once during one of the many adventurous games of hide-and-seek he often played with his friends, Sploorg considered hiding his presence within the huge metallic cavity at his city's space-port was the best possible idea for a hideout. Barely did he know that ship would soon take off and he would live his posterior years trapped on the engine of a humongous spaceship. Never again would those kids play hide-and-seek afterwards.
The Outstanding Omninoid
Due to life inside a spaceship's engine, Sploorg's Omninoid biology adapted quite differently from what it would have had he stayed in a city alongside his parents. His coloring is a pure tone of alabaster, a product of the complete lack of light where he dwelled for many years. The utter presence of obscurity and nothing else made him develop a rather amazing form of darkvision, being able to even tell colors regardless of the quantity of light present. His body too adapted to this incredible lack of luminosity, being able to generate a yellow-ish glow to ascertain himself of his surroundings, his body only crafted such a system for his inherent fear of sleeping alone in the dark as a child, the shine of his body is rather warm, such as a bonfire, thus reminding him subconsciously of home and easing his younger self's mind.
The lack of food was yet another trouble he had to adapt and overcome, his body leisurely growing more and more accepting of any sort of fuel to keep him alive and functioning rather than the tasty food his family bought from fast-food restaurants. Oil, however, was clearly not enough, therefore his own body grew to be as rich in nutrients and protein as his food back home. Chewing on himself became another way to feed, the self-harm caused by it ultimately crafting a cutting-edge healing factor that would serve him to this day. It is also said he tastes rather citric.
Thanks to the complete lack of gravity and the nature of Omninoid's youth's body (without a proper shape, somewhat moldable), his whole body had to adapt to survive being reshaped and spread whenever he forgot to focus on assuming a fixed form, therefore slowly granting Sploorg the uncanny ability to reshape any part of his body as he pleased, be it expanding or diminishing it to fit through a hole. Space's lack of any gaseous substance also made it so he didn't need to breathe to live. Also due to space's incredibly low temperature, Mega-Man's biology renders him almost immune to any sort of freezing properties.
At last, the changes occasioned by the ship's engine were plenty. It's potency being backed up by flames that could possibly turn rock to a crisp, it allowed his body to fully adapt to sudden temperature risings effortlessly. The gravitational pull required to make it function and the constant entries on planets atmospheres also had their toll on his feeble body, promply rallying his adaptative nature to bestow him with strength unbeknownst to his family, as well as an amazing resistance to forces. In order to remain motionless throughout it all, Sploorg's body granted him the ability to immediately shift the density of his body so he could withstand the engine's pull whenever being started.
The Gadgets of a Generous Genius!
Mega-Man's suit that adapts to his powers and his assortment of gadgets are all given to him by a Darvian scientist, a race of bean-shaped creatures of the most diverse colorings. His name is Xa'nder.
- Anti-gravity boots: Self-explanatory. These boots are what permit Mega-Man to stoically fly through the skies, soaring faster than a jet could ever dream of. They were originally designed to be magnetic boots for a spacial police operation.
- Omni-suit: Based on Omninoid's adaptability, the Omni-suit was originally designed to adapt to any sort of shape (hence why it does not rip whenever Mega-Man stretches his limbs or anything of the sort) and also camouflage the user for possible covert missions. It's only flaw is regardless of the disguise, the person's face remains a constant.
- Phasing device: A device attached to Mega-Man's belt, it allows him to become intangible at a moment's notice, however it requires to be charged shortly after usage. Xa'nder had originally developed it to become invisible and enter the lady's restroom, he soon realized his mistake when they could see him but couldn't slap him.
