@J.C.: I have an ongoing list of people whom I should do. Unfortunately, I feel like I should probably read at least a couple dozen magazines (with probably two or three writers) to really get the feel for a character rather than just reading their profile. So, Storm is on the list of people who I need to read up.
@spider-pig23: As opposed to Storm, I have read some more of Catwoman, but I feel like I could easily go Bat-heavy and I would like to prevent that.
Primarily, I'm trying to focus on a wide range and not just the Big Two's characters. Plus, each one takes about an hour or two to write. So, it's rather draining.
Nevertheless, I urge you to check out the others, and I'm glad you enjoy them.
" @FinalStar86: Haha yes I know this, Leonardo also rides skateboards and eats pizza. Dick definitely takes this, but Leonardo leads, while Donatello does machines. "
Thats the old cartoon TMNT. What about the comic turtles? The turtles in the comic are completly different than the ones in that old cartoon. "
Yeah, as a reminder, we're talking about the Mirage comics incarnation of Leonardo. Some issues of reference (which FinalStar86 is also using) would be issues 1-11 and 50-63 of volume one.
@texasdeathmatch: Cameron is more than likely being a producer of the film. Which, to me, still puts a sore feeling in my gut. @FinalStar86: You make a good point about the Gladiator Triceratons, but this was in a match on an alien world (where the Triceratons breath sulfur and nitrogen as air) in the open. Therefore, his full skills could not be utilized in that situation. However, I agree that Dick probably has a slight advantage in stealth.
I'm going have to take the side of the pokémon on this one. There are many of them that are weather resistant or who could exploit Storm's weaknesses. Even if you exclude the legendary pokémon, I believe that there would be such a multitude of various weaknesses and strengths that it would be overwhelming for Storm to conquer all of them at once.
@texasdeathmatch: Well, I mean... seriously, it was a weird idea. However, I'm quite fond of Jim Lawson's work with the Turtles which has kind of been the go-to look for them in the comics, and you can definitely see some of his stylings in the 2k3 television series.
We're talking the original 1984 comic-book version of the turtles. Follow the link to Leonardo in order to find out about the comic book version.
Doombot_666 is correct that the comics version of Leonardo is unafraid to kill, but only if he still retains his honor. Therefore, killing a worthy opponent like Nightwing who is not attempting to kill him, just disable, would not be honorable.
Here's the set-up: Both of these characters meet on the rooftops of New York respectively training. A misunderstanding occurs and they battle. Each has their respective weapons: Leonardo with two Katanas and throwing stars; Nightwing with the Escrima Sticks and Throwing Stars.
This is a battle between two comparable heroes each with years of training in martial arts and battle tactics. Each is a natural leader with a commanding air between them.
@Donnieman v5.1: Thanks, I figure it's a pretty key factor. Check out some of the other ones on the blog. They're fairly fun... especially the ones that didn't score that high.
@Babs: Hey, thanks you guys. I really would post these on comic vine, but I can only manage so much. It's easier just to direct the traffic towards my main blog. I do upload all of my scanned pictures to the characters bios, though. I believe I added about 15 pictures to both Atom Eve and Silk Spectre II.
