Close, but the team takes the slim majority to be honest. Primary reasons:

(1) AotC team is > TPM team arguably. AotC Kenobi is roughly equal to Qui-Gon (though still inferior), and AotC Anakin is certainly > TPM Kenobi I would say, considering Anakin's feat of throwing Dooku off-guard and putting up a better fight than Kenobi certainly trumps Kenobi temporarily throwing Maul off with a DS amp. This is especially telling considering that Dooku > Maul.

(2) The battlefield is considerably open compared to that of the TPM duel, which greatly benefits the team. IIRC, Kenobi remarks to himself in one of the TPM sources that the catwalks definitely affected the team's performance against Maul.

(3) The Official Star Wars Fact File confirms twice that Maul's saberstsaff gave him an advantage in dealing with two opponents simultaneously:

Darth Maul's specially constructed double-lightsabre enabled him to battle Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi simultaneously.

[...]

His [Maul] unique lightsabre made Maul a formidable adversary, capable of tackling two opponents at once.

Furthermore, the stuff about Maul "easily" fending off both Jedi is outright contradicted by the fact that he had a series of wounds where the team had penetrated his defenses (though not seriously). It's also quite telling that Maul was unable to overwhelm Jinn after Obi-Wan was knocked out of the fight, and resorted to leading Qui-Gon into the enclosed area in order to defeat him. At best, with the help of his saberstaff and the confined area of the catwalk, Maul was able to stalemate the Jedi, but not defeat them. The Official Star Wars Fact File also says that Maul "threatened to eclipse the skills of the two Jedi" which further reinforces the point that he wasn't really superior to both combined, and on a more neutral field he may have been killed. I can't be bothered providing full evidence for this, as that would require pulling out and quoting all the source material, which is pointless unless someone directly challenges my position.

The reason for addressing this is to suggest that, if the AotC team is arguably better than the TPM team, and is on open ground that is non-restrictive, they would take a slim majority against Maul; maybe a 6/10 or 7/10.

(4) Kenobi in his fight against Dooku in AotC centered himself and forced Dooku back temporarily. This exhausted him quicker than it should have due to having fought extensively in the arena beforehand. If Obi-Wan displayed a similar feat against sub-Dooku Maul, I doubt that, with the combined pressure of Anakin, Maul would be able to defend against it.

In conclusion, I can see Maul winning, but I don't think he takes the majority. I am certainly open to being convinced to the contrary, if anyone can see flaw in my reasoning.
