Biography:
Max is the only child of Magnus Harland and Kara LeBeau . His parents abandoned him when he was a little boy and left him to Daphne, her mother's cousin who was orphaned to Magnus and Kara years ago.Daphne grew up in angst so, she promised him that she would take care of him. Max's situation reminded Daphne of her own, and she didn't want him to follow in her own footsteps
Daphney Chase
Max and Daphney have the whole mansion to themselves. Max wanted to explore on his own but Daphne wouldn't let him because before Max's parents left, they told her not to let Max wander around the mansion. They said that there are rooms that cannot be opened and areas that can't be visited. Even though Daphne didn't (initially) allow Max to wander off, she relented after several days of asking.
