This is definitely positive!!! No need to compare Russell Crowe to Marlon Brando. Both are great actors in DIFFERENT generations.

With that said, I still hate Amy Adams as Lois Lane, and General Zod as the main villain.

As for Lara, I bet Demi Moore can do it without being overshadowed by Russell Crowe.

This is good news, because Adrianne Palicki does not resemble Wonder Woman.

Now I'm going to make a case for Alexandra Daddario to take on the role, whether small or big screen.
She looks like a young Lynda Carter.
She's hot.
She's young (25 yrs old), better opportunity for sequels.
She already played a Greek warrior in Percy Jackson movie.
She's sexy.
She got the boobies & booty.
She can act.
She's hot!!!

That's why heroes should not invent their names, its the media who gives them their names.

Just like a serial killer, they get famous, then the media gives them a title or a codename.

Chris Evans, because he took on the role of Captain America.
So the writers thought "oh men! who's gonna play Torch now?"
"well, why don't we just kill him"
"right!"

I believe this shoulder pad originates from the military uniform with shoulder pads (The one usually seen on parades).

So my take is that shoulder pads are their for visual effect. Makes the wearer more muscular or bigger or look tougher.

Police in superhero universes are just pawns, as simple as that.

One of the major reasons why we like superheroes so much is to escape the reality that police can only do so much, they have a lot of limitations, and in most cases can be corrupted.
Best example is Batman. He's showing all the weaknesses of the police force.
