@rocketraccoonthingy Everyone has weird traits that they think are unique to them. What matters is if they trouble you. If they do then they you should maybe talk to someone you know or if you'd rather seek out therapy (if that's an option for you). Talking about these things can help alot.

I guess he's referring to the adoption of these characters to film and less to the passing around of hero titles that we've seen in recent Marvel? He's talking about Peter Parker as opposed to the Spider-Man moniker and in that case I think he's right.

Hi guys! Recently I purchased Volume 1 of Avengers: Marvel Masterworks (which contains the very first ten issues of The Avengers). As I read that I started seeing all kinds of references to other comics ( a lot of *see Fantastic Four issue 13 editors notes for example ). This lead me down the path of deciding to put down the cash for Marvel Unlimited and to start trying to follow a full Marvel Reading Order. I picked this one and started in 1963, the year The Avengers first formed.

My question is have any of you guys ever tried doing anything like this? Have you got any advice on how to tolerate the somewhat politically incorrect depictions of women and most minorities? Also does anyone know how comprehensive Marvel Unlimited is as I've already had to buy Amazing Fantasy #16 - 18.

@sc Thanks dude! Yeah it's pretty crazy, fortunately you get the odd modern issue set early in timeline. That helps me get through the relentless sixties insanity :D

Hi guys! I'm a long term lurker who's getting back into comics after a big old hiatus. I've just started reading Marvel ( as much of it as I can get on Infinity) from 1963 onwards! I'm posting a review of each comic I hit so keep an eye out I guess, I always welcome feedback (I think I'm too long winded).

I'm following the suggested reading order here:

I'm keen to here from anyone else that has attempted this madness! Also some of these sixties comics have such duuuummmbbb villains!

Matt
