Mistro Bio 2.0 [Still tiny, this will never change :P]
Mistro was a normal mouse for eight years. He lived in the sewers of Gothic for those eight years, scrounging for food, and generally fighting for his survival as most mice do. One day, his entire life changed when a mysterious concoction of chemicals dripped into the sewer. Upon drinking these, he immediately passed out. Hours later he awoke in a haze, much taller, much stronger, much faster, and capable of human level thought. For the first few years, he hid from people, observed their behaviors and how they acted. Eventually, he gained the confidence to actually leave the sewers, just after the mice of Gothic crowned him mouse king. When he came to the surface, he learned of the heroes that the world was seemingly overflowing with. He decided, he would become one of these heroes, and set off on his journey.
The Creature
Being a product of chemicals mixing with his DNA, Mistro biologically differs quite a bit from the average mouse. He's a four foot tall humanoid mouse creature with powers, some simply from his mouse anatomy and some as a result from the miraculous effects of the chemicals.
Mouse anatomy- Retaining the body of a mouse upon changing turned out to be quite an advantage. Claws remain on Mistro's feet and hands, paws allow for better traction, a completely prehensile tail works as a third arm, bones that compress and bend rather than breaking, and mouse senses even further enhanced by the chemicals make for quite the animal.
Senses- It's common knowledge mice have a very very good sense of smell. His enhanced sense of smell allows him to smell people and things up to a mile away. He can smell through any container that isn't air tight, has memorized the smell of just about every substance on earth, and when he has your scent, he has it for life. He's also capable of picking a smell out of a massive crowd of smells, this helps immensely when tracking people or things. Mistro's sight is also very, very good. He can see eight times as far as a human with perfect eyesight, and can see near perfectly in anything but complete darkness. The mouse's hearing is also quite obviously incredibly good, the massive ears on his head aren't for show. He can hear footsteps miles away, hear your heartbeat in your chest, and hear you breathe down the block. Finally, he is incredibly sensitive to vibrations, if you somehow eradicate your smell and sounds, every step you take, every move you make, he'll feel it. He can feel when take footsteps even if they're hundreds of yards away.
Mutation powers- Upon mutation, the mouse gained quite a few super abilities. The first and foremost two being Speed and Strength. The small little rodent is capable of lifting things that weigh two tons, this may not be that impressive, but his speed is. Mistro's top speed is around 1100MPH, he can reach this speed from standing still in 1.6 s. His acceleration speed is quite important in combat, as is his reaction speed. Mistro's reaction speed is .00008 seconds, which is .08 milliseconds. With this reaction speed, he is more than capable of comfortably swatting away bullets standing a foot away from the barrel. These are not the only powers he has though, he also has a healing factor. Mistro can heal/recover from slashes/stabs, blasts, and strong punches in a few seconds. Deep stab wounds, direct blasts, and very strong superhuman or above punches, he can heal and recover from in a minute or so. Fatal wounds and broken bones would take an hour or so.
The Hunter
Now, Mistro isn't all about natural/mutated powers or gifts. Some things that make him special he's developed over the years, his many many skills that have suited his life style fabulously over the years. Some of them are for his own preservation, his acrobatic prowess and stealthiness, and some were developed to be able to easier kill others, his swordsmanship and combat ability.
Stealth- Even in the very very beginning, Mistro was avoiding detection. When he was first mutated, he always hid from people and cameras. It's second nature to him now, moving about undetected. The furry rodent is so abnormally stealthy it could almost be considered a power, almost. He's capable of running with his steps sounding like mere raindrops on the ground. He knows human lines of sight so well, getting around them without being seen is a breeze. The mouse also possesses an immense amount of control over his own body, which allows him to do just about anything making almost no noise. Blending into surroundings though, is one thing the mouse could never do, being that he is a four foot tall mouse creature. The other two aspects though are what he's really mastered.
Acrobatics- Mistro's body is fantastically suited for acrobatics. His light body and frame allow him to move with grace, his strength and impeccable muscle control allow him to contort turn and flip in anyway imaginable. Frontflips, backflips, sideflips, all are completely effortless for the mouse. His tail adds even more balance and control to whatever acrobatic movement he preforms. With his muscle control, balance, and natural finesse, he can balance his entire body on his tail, stand on spikes, and easily climb up nearly any structure. Running up or along walls is easy for him, climbing vertically up walls isn't even a challenge with his hand and feet claws. There is no acrobatic feat he can't preform, with grace and finesse that would shock you.
Swordsmanship- A beautiful blend between stealth and acrobatic skill, Mistro's unique swordsmanship is quite deadly. Obviously it's a bit more acrobatics than stealth, but still some aspects from both are used to make a fatal blend. Learning lines of sight from people helps quite a bit when locked in combat, quickly Mistro can dip and dodge out of their sight for even just a second to get a slash in. Acrobatics helps a lot when dodging, he can jump over blades, roll away from them, or simply sidestep them. The furry swordsman has a unique and flashy attacking style though, which usually involves lots of flips, jumps and acrobatic maneuvers, while also avoiding their line of sight. Quick and with ferocity would be the best way to describe the attacks themselves though.
The Technician
Mistro's Armor- Sadly, is waay to cool to get a picture of, it would literally freeze your retinas it's so cool. So I'm gonna have to describe it so you can even comprehend it. The base of it is a blue form fitting alien material that he picked up on one of his runs with Atrocity. The material is incredibly strong and dense, knives bend against it, bullets bounce off. Kinetic energy is also very well absorbed in this suit, so superhuman punches don't immediately explode his internal organs. Extreme heat and cold are also handled very well, so temperature based weapondry and attacks are protected against. In general, the suit makes the mouse much more durable.
The suit also has miniaturization technology which allows Mistro to carry all his tech without being weigh down or otherwise inhibited.
Boots- These boots allow Mistro to fly, really simple.
Blaster- Two of these, kept on him at all times. A simple plasma pistol really. Two settings, normal and explosive. Normal is essentially a normal plasma pistol, tailored to Mistro's preferences. The pistol does not require charging or ammo, it fires infinitely and it fires as fast as Mistro can pull the trigger.
Explosive mode is configurable, the explosive power of the pistol ranges from blowing a car up, to punching a hole in a. However, if he uses a really powerful explosive blast, his pistol can fry and may need repairs.
Plasma Cannon- This weapon was specially designed by the one and only super mouse. Raw power is what this thing is all about, the power of the shot can be configured, but, charge times between shots vary based on how powerful the previous shot was. The power of this ranges from tank busting, to destroying a medium sized space craft.
Plasma rifle- Fully automatic, condensed plasma rounds to simply tear through targets. This gun fires very very quickly, it's sole purpose is to quickly and efficiently take down lots of targets. The drawback of this rifle though is it actually requires ammunition to fire. Because of the incredibly high rate of fire and cost heavy condensed plasma, while it is very powerful, it runs low on ammo quickly.
Mistro's Plasma Sword- So far it has proved able to cut through anything it touches. Pure, condensed, contained energy in a razor sharp blade form. The possibilities with this aren't so hard to imagine, the crazy little furry animal can slice through tanks with one swish. This is absolutely his most dangerous weapon, and also his favorite.
Explosives and other tech.
Standard Grenade- Four of these are always kept on Mistro, miniaturized of course. These little guys can blow a few floors out of a building and destroy heavily armored vehicles. That should give you a decent idea.
Vortex Grenade- Two of these are kept on Mistro, also miniaturized. Similar to the Vortex missiles on Mighty Mouse. These explode and release a small vortex, which sucks in everything within a six foot radius, and crushes it into nothingness, then it collapses upon itself. It leaves nothing behind.
Incendiary and Freeze grenades-Both are relatively simple, they either incinerate or completely freeze something around the size of a human. However, if the target of the grenade is to far, or too durable it may just burn them horridly or partially freeze them.
