I don't know about Lowe as I'm not to familiar with his work but Slott definitley needs to go away. His characterization is non existent. His plots have clear contrivances and holes in them. Most of the best stuff from his ideas comes from someone else. The man also cannot take criticism at all.

Depends on who you ask. It has major flaws but it's not the worst comic book movie out there. I personally didn't mind it. I consider it a B-movie.

I would mention Reign not being cannon and being a What if? but it seems like you've already been told. Any rate it's best too ignore Spider-Man Reign.
