Its a tie. Why?

Both deadpool and wolverine has healing factor. Wolverine has adamantine on his body and claws. Deadpool is super accurate. Deadpool is silly, and Wolverine is grumpy.

Team 1 : Both Superboy and Superman are OP so team 2 doesn't have a chance

Team 2 : Silver Surfer traveled and destroyed million of planets, so i guest he visited the planet of superman and got a kryptonite crystal. Thor's hammer can only be lift by the Thor, so if Thor threw his hammer and superboy catch it, he has no chance to lift it. But I don't know about Quasar so no comment.
