When characters become ls really just comes down to which statements and feats wanna take seriously.

The most generous interpretation of OP gets LS reactions in thriller bark.

The most generous interpretation of naruto gets LS reaction in the waves arc.

More serious feats for both series come later with the sanji's bro having a LS attack and mifune and darui having LS attacks. Etc

Realistically, neither author knows (or cares) how fast LS really is. And they especially don't care about keeping their characters speed consistent so most speed debates on the forum are pretty useless.

The same way some yonko are stronger than others, same should true for admirals. Greenbull could just straight be the weakest admiral atm.

Commanders aren't competitive with admirals at all. Ever encounter we've seen with them is either a commander getting rolled or an admiral not fighting seriously.

We've only ever seen admirals go all out against each other or WB.

Even greenbul(L) is being a little over downplayed imo.

@lexa59: even though dimension swapping is costly, she wasn't getting nerfed while swapping though. She actually gets stronger throughout the the fight by asborbing chakra in the core dimension.

Daemon's too fast and strong for him

Then you've got other more prominent jonin like kitsuchi whole we've seen take on hundreds of WZ by himself and make small mountains. Hiashi who can smack away strikes from the juubi.

Also speciality clans like the akamichi and sarutobi.

Plus kages with their own large scale attacks. Onoki can mow down a ridiculous amount with jiton, tsunade's tsunade's got a giant self replicating slug durability negating acid, mei can spread acid gas over a wide area, gaara can toss around cities worth of sand.

Even then, you get even more OP characters like edo BM Minato, BSM naruto, edo SM hashirama, EMS sasuke, edo tobirama, Gai, B/gyuki

There's no way BS can solo without fusing
