YAHF: What sacrifices need be made?

Feeling somewhat identified by Zolomon's willingness to do anything in order to help his friends and family to be better (although never to the extremes the admittedly deranged FBI profiler went to), Xander decides to dress as Wally West's arch-nemesis Zoom during the spell-ridden Halloween. However, and just to add a worrying twist to the mantle of this controversial Flash adversary, Xander tweaked Zoom's costume to incorporate elements of Eobard Thawne's and Godspeed's own garments; and thus, when Rayne's empowering and transforming spell affected him, he changed into an amalgamation of Hunter Zolomon, the infamous Professor Zoom, and the anti-hero Godspeed, with all their knowledge, powers, and abilities.
