A multi-versal crossover with a self insert.
Mr. Mxyzptlk, not to be outdone by the Olympian Janus and his meddling in the lives of the Sunnydale brigade, decides to one-up the Roman deity by fusing a forty year old father from the "real" world with a Viltrumite, Superboy-Prime's body, powers, knowledge and memories and the television version of Kal El as well as the powers, abilities and the thousands of years of memories of Kheran Warlord Majestros and the 13034 surviving Hyperion empowered by the Sentry Super-Soldier serum, all neatly mixed along with poor unsuspecting Clark Kent of Smallville fame. Things are further embroiled by the meddling fifth dimensional imp soon thereafter transplanting the poor boy/man into the mainstream Marvel universe and from there hopscotching him from one reality to another.
