You are absolutely right!

I don't know what I was smoking the day I made this list, but neither Vulcan, nor Carol Danvers have any business being on this list. I shall rectify my mistakes forthwith.

And after all this hoopla, maybe some enterprising little soul will solve all of our problems and put a bullet between Rogers' eyes, then proceed to decapitate him and stick his head in an incinerator. Finis.

@mattydavehalpeo: Although I can't say I agree with you, I find New Earthh Superman and Lois to be just what those of us who loved the old continuity needed, I do agree with you Barry Allen is in fact to blame for this whole crap situation we have right now. His decisions, his actions, his fault. As simple as that.

Isn't it funny? The old DC's straightest arrow became a greater "villain" than Hal Jordan ever was as Parallax.

I thought Barry rectified that mistake when he changed the timeline back to it's normal state at end.

Can't say he did. I mean, if he had, there would be no New52, would there?

Also, I feel there needs to be some retribution, some consequence to Barry's messing with the timeline for such a self serving reason as to save his mother. I get, it sucks his mother got killed, but was she the only mother to be murdered throughout Barry's life? What about Bruce's parents? If Barry can re-write time to save his mom, why shouldn't Bruce do the same in order to save his parents? Or Clark, who has a much more compelling reason. What are one or two individual lives worth against the billions of Kryptonians killed when Krypton went kablooey? Should Hawkman go back in time to prevent his original incarnation from being assasinated? Or should he and Shayera go back and save each and every one of their incarnations? Would anyone begrudge Ralph Dibny from going back and saving his wife Sue from being horribly murdered? Or from going even further back and preventing Dr. Light from raping her and thus making "Identity Crisis" a moot point? Where does it end?

In my humble opinion Barry Allen hasn't gotten half of what he's got coming. Not even a tenth.

Right out of the bat: Awesome!!

I'll say right now that I am decidedly partial to the New Earth Superman. I have hated how they did away with almost thirty years of canon, continuity and great (with its respective ups and downs) storytelling. Also, New Earth Superman has experience up the wazoo, something this young whippersnapper is sorely lacking; as well as something resembling a definite direction.

Don't get me wrong, I find many things about the New52 Superman engaging and outright interesting, but this New52 Earth is way too "Marvel" for my taste. It has the definite "stink" of New Earth's latter days, what with the New Krypton story line turning Sam Lane into an even more of a racist, misogynistic, xenophobic douche-bag. Amongst others.

I am intrigued by where in the New52 timeline Lois, Clark and their little tyke have been inserted, and looking forward to reading about Clark's exploits while staying below radar, as it were. As well as wondering at which point will their stories become concurrent with the New52 continuity. Will they surface at the end of the Darkseid War? After? And if so, how and why? Alll in all, thank you DC for bringing back "my" Clark and Lois.
