Toneri wasn’t even in Tenseigan form anymore, and Naruto had won the battle by that point so the later shots aren’t used for scaling purposes. The initial shot is more reliable since it is the shot where the feat of both halves of moon moving apart from each other happen and the cut is shown to be large as the tycho crater.

Even the cut where naruto clones bursted from the ground was much larger than a mere 10m cut as Toneri is size of a floating rock in this shot
