I don't know a thing about this incarnation of Jack the Ripper, so the best I can do is speculate.

That said, does Jack have a way of overcoming Dio's regen? That aside, does anything stop Dio from simply flash-freezing Jack on-contact? Just glancing at the link, it seems like Jack just has less in his arsenal, not that his physicals are far below Dio's. I think he lacks the utility and pure destructive power to take out the Vampire.

Not seen the movie, so won't speak on Round 1.

Round 2, I don't recall anything from Clone Wars that would place Grievous above Venom, and he definitely doesn't have the feats in the Prequels that would do it for him, so I think Venom has it.

Round 3 is interesting. I think Grievous takes it. In the Revenge of the Sith novelization, which I assume is no longer Canon and are thus included in EU, states in narration that Grievous' armor plating can withstand a blast from a Starfighter's Laser. His movement is FTE and described as "an imitation quantum event". He has FTL reaction speed, as he deflects blaster fire without the use of precognition, unlike the Jedi. Couple that with the fact that all four of his arms wield a weapon made of one of Venom's weaknesses (that being heat), I think he takes it.

Stand rules dictate that Doomsday can't win as he can't see or harm B.I.G.

B.I.G. is actually one of the few stands that those without a Stand can see; he's completely physical, and there's no reason why he couldn't be harmed by Doomsday, especially since Trish was able to squish it with a metal pipe.

However,Doomsday can't win this. There's no actual actual way to kill B.I.G.

What does Doomsday even do? Punch him into pieces? That just creates more pieces to attempt to consume Doomsday, not to mention the un-populated setting gives Doomsday no way of getting away from B.I.G. either. Doomsday gets consumed, can't why he wouldn't be. Can he come back from being completely assimilated/absorbed?

I'd like to say Wolverine has the speed advantage, which is the determining factor.

I am, sadly, unfamiliar with Hisoka. In character, does he underestimate characters? If that's a character flaw of his, it could be in Kira's favor.

Also, could you describe "sensing but not seeing" Stands? Would it be similar to Naruto Shippuden when Naruto could "sense" the limbo clones, but not see them?

@mohdali2805: Well, they do have to fight to the death no matter what. Unless of course you mean his hesitation to do so will cost him the win. That I can understand.
