No, they aren't. So Toei's filler hell is canon even though it's completely contradicted by ROF's (and by extension Super's) hell? Ginyu fight happened even though it's not in the manga or Kai and includes filler hell? Garlic Jr. happened even though it's not in the manga or Kai? The feat above is supposedly canon even though it was omitted from Kai, and again Super only uses Kai footage for Z flashbacks so it couldn't even be canon to Super anyway. There are too many contradictions here mate, at most the Z anime is Toei canon.
@dragonkin: Toriyama has never used the word "canon" and that particular feat isn't even in Kai, which is where Super uses footage from for its flashbacks.
Is filler hell canon too? Is the humans vs. the Ginyu's on King Kai's planet also canon? Garlic Jr.?
