Azula would probably fire a blast of fire first and then Captain would protect himself. Azula sees that her fire can't go through shield and shoots lightning. Again deflected seeing how the shield is strong enough to protect against at least 1 hit of Thor's hammer. Azula gets mad and charges in and Captain America rams her with his shield knocking her backwards. Captain America finishes it off by throwing his shield at her while she is on the ground.
Hal Jordan imagines Magneto's helmet. Hal Jordan imagines light speed. Hal Jordan speed blitzes Jean Grey. Hal Jordan can also win by BFR since there's blood lust on.
Round 1 - Win. When he turned White, he took down Saruman super quick and I doubt such a low ranking as a Brown would be able to do much against a White lvl seeing how Gandalf the Grey was basically brutally defeated and trapped at the top of Saruman's tower. Round 2 - Read somewhere that Dwarves naturally cower in the face of magic or something like that so Gimli would lose. Aragon is a mere mortal and I think his sword isn't stronger than Gandalf's sword especially if Gandalf imbues his with magic to break Aragon's. Legolas would be a problem if he uses magic arrows and he would basically see Gandalf coming from a mile away but he only has 10 arrows and plus it's 25m apart on an open field. Round 3 - They don't seem that strong. Plus never seen an instance where the Nazgul use proper magic so Gandalf has a huge advantage even though the Nazgul have a team of 3 and Shadowfax is the fastest horse in the LOTR world. Round 4 - Gandalf won as a Grey so takes this as a White. Round 5 - Personally think Eagles are more faster than Fellbeasts. Also Fellbeasts don't seem that nimble or smart. The King's got it's head chopped off pretty fast... Witch King will be hard to beat, but Gandalf is a Wizard and not a mere man so under that concept, Witch King should be defeated. Bonus Round - Gandalf get's defeated unless he manages to chop off Sauron's finger.
Rambo takes Clone trooper blasters and goes in like a god. Just going by stats off of Comic Vine, Rambo is capable of solo.
Edit: For a full team - Rambo Punisher Deadpool Deathstroke (not quite sure if Deathstroke is too op for street level character so Deadshot if Deathstroke isn't allowed)
They all beat down their Clone Trooper Counterparts and take their blasters. And they pick up weapons a long the way while going through the different levels. Pretty sure Magnaguard pikes can counter jedi lightsabers.
Midnighter uses Deadpool as a personal human talking baseball bat. While Black Panther watches and kills everyone if they still alive after Midnighter's rampage.
I say this group could possibly gang and beat down Madara - Danzo with all his Sharingan eyes open. Killer B - 8 Tails. (or Naruto) Sasuke, the new one with immortal sharingan. (or Orochimaru if I have Naruto) Itachi with his I declare your destiny power. And The Fourth Hokage as a tactician.
