"I completely agree." Luna Hawk said of his first statement. "I'm glad you're ok with doing things a bit the old fashioned way. I want to tap into new talent but I don't want to toss you into the deep end without support either. So we'll start by seeing what we can find you in this film as a background or supporting role and we'll move from there. I look forward to seeing what you're capable of, I think you might even surprise yourself."

Luna Hawk smiled and motioned to the set around them. "This all starts in someone's imagination and every person who ever created anything spent their time being unsure of themselves and wondering if they could make it...and every single one of them started from nothing. Who ever heard of J.K. Rowling before Harry Potter? Who knew George Lucas before Star Wars? There's a long path ahead of you, I hope it takes you where you want to go."

Luna Hawk leaned back against a table and watched him. "Isn't it? They really went above and beyond my expectations when they built this one. This is for a movie we actually haven't titled yet, we're working out some legal crap with other studios about rights to certain titles and characters." She waved it off with her hand. "They'll figure it out. I'll mention you desire to be in it to the director, see what we can set up."

Luna grinned a little. "I've never been a makeup kind of girl. Since I'm typically playing myself they at most do some highlights to deal with camera lighting and the like. Most of the time though I'm behind the camera, I'm working on getting back into the hero scene now that I've been able to take time off and really focus on getting this studio going."

She smirked a little at his embarrassment. "People like to try and make others feel ashamed of movies like that, make people embarrassed to talk about them or mention them in public like it's something horrible. Adult films can be bad things...or they can be good things. Here we focus on stories that make the characters look good, that focus more on personal relationships than on banging the babysitter. Anyone can make a ridiculous movie with a stupid premise but these are films, real films, not just an excuse to date your hand for ten minutes. The difference between a film like this one and our adult oriented films is that when sex happens in the script it's real and it all happens on screen."

"Most of the people that work here don't have the ability to see through walls." She smiled. "I can't control where and how you look and I'm not going to try, that's entirely up to your own free will. The rooms are sound proofed though." They were mostly sound proofed to not interrupt business or other studios, but also for Luna's own super sensitive hearing. "I treat everyone that works for me like an adult, that means you're responsible for your own actions."

She nodded a little in response to his question. "When a Hawk Lord dies they reincarnate when the world requires their services again. I've had centuries between life times, or only a few years, depending upon the state of the world at the time." She answered him as they walked through a hallway. Simple rooms like the break room, restrooms and so on were easily labeled and nearest to the front entrance, which made finding them easy enough that Luna Hawk didn't point them out. After a moment they arrived at a studio door. "See this light? If it's green you can enter, if it's red they're in progress and don't want to be interrupted." Currently it was green. She opened the door and led the way inside. The room was expansive, plenty of room to build all sorts of sets and although no one was there, the set for a new Moon Bird Studios project was very much there. There'd been no movie name on the door but the set was the bridge of a starship. "Pretty much every studio will look like this, with of course differing sets. When you're working on a film you'll be over in one of these areas or directed to makeup, wherever your director needs you. When you're in the room the Director is your boss."

She took the papers and the offered contact information and put them together into a folder. Luna Hawk smiled and put the folder away. "You want to take a tour before we get on to more of the technical stuff?" She asked him. "We'll talk while we walk. You'll understand if a certain side of the studio is restricted to you for now because of your age." She stood up and hooked her helmet onto a loop on her belt and offered her hand to help him out of his seat.

"There's no filming going on right now, but I'll be happy to show you what you can expect."

"What got me into acting?" She laughed a little and leaned back in her seat as she watched him fill out his forms. She was fairly certain, given his age and gender, that he'd seen at least one of her adult videos or images, or knew someone who had. "That's a bit of a long story, but let's just say that I've really been more interested in the adult side of the industry for a long time. I got into running a studio because I realized I could use my connections to help girls on the street get away from dangerous boyfriends, abusive family members and pimps and get them into something productive, teach them, pay for their college...a lot of our actresses go on to become main stream actresses or to other careers, some of them behind the camera. It's rewarding to know that while I can help people while fighting, I can also help people doing something like this."

She watched him a moment and smirked. "I do enjoy the acting from time to time, but to me this part of it is far more rewarding."

Luna Hawk retrieved a soda and handed it over to him.

"Well, let's start with just some really basic information." She said with a smile. "How old are you? Is there anyone that will need to sign consent forms or other paperwork for you? What kind of acting are you looking to get into? We don't really start new people off in specific genres so much as just get them into what roles we can while they learn. You'll not be looking at being a star right away, but I can promise you will get screen time and the chance to establish yourself."

She smiled, if she was aware of his understandable thoughts or glances in her direction she made no sign of it. She slid a drawer open and passed it across the table with a pen. "Basic application information, a formality that we can get out of the way while we talk."

@rey_king: Luna Hawk opened the mini fridge behind her desk and slid a Diet Pepsi across the desk to him. She took the offered poster and spread it out over the desk, smirking a bit. She fished a golden pin out of a drawer and signed her name both in Hieroglyphics and then in cursive English. "So for acting, we usually start people out pretty small to build up confidence and skills. We also can either send you through an acting school of our own or pay your tuition for one of the larger and more prominent firms. We do require everyone to go through some form of schooling though, precisely because we don't hire existing actors and actresses that have already been made, but would rather give people like you the opportunity to break into the industry."

She paused and glanced at him for a moment. "How old are you, if you don't mind my asking?"

"Sure." She said over the com. When he entered she was standing in front of a previous movie poster in her office, arranging the placement of a few files. "Come in, come in." She smiled and turned to face him as she closed a drawer. "Kid Superion? Any relation to the other Superions?" She wondered. She pulled out a seat for him and motioned for him to sit down. "Can I get you anything to drink?" She wondered.

Luna Hawk removed her helmet and set it facing towards the rest of the room. "One of the things we focus on here is giving people opportunities, so many studios only want established names."

Luna Hawk was soon spotted as she exited a room. She stopped to speak to a woman who exited with her but the words were spoken too quietly to be heard from his position. After a few moments she smiled, squeezed the woman's shoulder and then the two of them parted ways. Luna Hawk made her way to where Rey was seated and smiled a little. She'd seen plenty of people in that seat, most for similar reasons.

"Do you prefer coffee, tea, water or soda?" She asked, unlocking the door to her office. "And come inside, let's see what's on your mind." She opened the door for him and stood aside so he could enter the office first. "I have a little bit of everything in here these days." Assuming she walked inside, she followed after him and shut the door.

"So, what bring you here Mr..." She trailed off so he could interject with his name.

(Also, basically yes. Moon Bird doesn't hire existing actors, they hire new people looking to break into the world of acting. Some of them are brought up through internal training programs, others have their training and education paid for. What isn't likely is jumping straight from having never acted to being a movie star)
