I don't get why people say he is only a little stronger than a skyfather, he is way above skyfather.

He is abstract level !

With a thought he obliterated 15 beings each of which was Franklin Richards Level.

RKT has destroyed and rebuilt universes with his thoughts and has held the omniverse in his hands.

I personally think the strongest incarnation of Thor is Blood And Thunder Thor but there is no denying that Franklin would not stand a chance. I mean thor is omniscient, he will be able to anticipate Frank's attacks and dodge them.

Vegeta does become an ssj 3 in the following video games-

Heroes, dragon battlers and raging blast, and is way stronger than the rest of the ssj3s (except gogeta for obvious reasons) combined.

Additionally Baby Vegeta reaches a mutated version of the form.

Gogeta is at least thrice as strong as omega if not even stronger.

Ssj god goku may be comparable in power if he got the time lapse power boost between z and gt.

Otherwise I think he does have a disadvantage
